“This is my 4th Ororo purchase. I bought the parka, the jacket, and the heated gloves. Now I decided it was time for a vest. I took a chance and bought an open box item, with no battery since I already have a few batteries. I couldn't be happier with the quality and softness of the down vest I bought. The only problem I have is that I purchased a small and it's a tad snug. Since it's open box, I can't exchange it so I guess I'll just have to lose a few pounds. :) I've also purchased other brands and returned them. Ororo is the best on the market.”

“So good I came back after 5 years to replace my old coat after I accidentally ripped a hole in it with a sharp piece of rebar. These things last if you treat them right! Excellent idea that's well executed!”

“Long story short, this is my second vest from Ororo because my first one stopped turning on (interestingly right about the time the warrenty was up). I'm trying a second one with hopes of it lasting longer, because up until it stopped working I LOVED my heated vest. TBD on this one. It this one stops working I won't be buying another from this brand.”

“Happy with the fit and look, and with the warming capacity in the back of the vest. But the heating element in the pockets/lower vest front doesn't get warm enough, and I was really looking forward to not having cold hands be an issue any more. Even on the high setting, my fingers are chilly. :-(”

“The replacement battery works great. But i don't understand why the new battery isn't a full year warranty. If I would have purchased it out right it would have been a year warranty. It seems to me new battery whether it is a warranty replacement or new purchase should be covered. If the replacement battery only lasts 9 months like the last one I will probably not replace it again.”

“I feel cold easily. My husband learned about this brand and got me a vest about years ago. I loved it. We moved to Hawaii and now we moved back to Oregon. So I ordered this parka. I love it so much! It has many pockets is plus! Of course the heating is the best part! I am 5.2' and 101lb. I ordered XS.”

“I had a difficult time comparing apparel, specifically vests... it would be nice if you had a comparison chart for those of us that are new to your line, along with a link to each vest. I was going back and forth between items trying to compare. Maybe there was something, but I couldnt find it. Other than that, online experience was easy.”

“I have not yet worn my heated vest as it still summer. I have had to speak to Customerservice several times via email. Customerservice provides quick and thorough response. The best is very nice. I purchased a small, and way 95 pounds. The quality is exceptional of the vest. I’m not sure if I should consider a smaller size.”

“I recently purchased a 5 zone hooded jacket that is just awesome. I didnt know if I was going to like how it fit, but it all turned out good. The zones all work as hoped and this will now be my go to jacket. Love your products. That's why I keep coming back. I now own a heated vest, light layering fleece jacket and now this canvas jacket.”
