“The jacket is very nice quality, but it doesn't warm up as much as I had hoped. The neckline gets warm, as does the back, but it is difficult to feel any heat around the abdomen and pockets. I was hoping the pockets would be warm, so that I could warm up my hands, but I can't feel much heat.”

“This is a review of customer service, not the product (which, so far has been great. Ingave three stars, because I made three orders - two went well, and one was (so far, because my order has yet to arrived) not good. I received an email saying my last order was on its way, and UPS confirmed it was scanned to arrive, yesterday. When UPS notified it was delivered, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I looked on the UPS app, and the app said it had been nearby, but was then rerouted and delivered to a different city. I tried to call customer service, but they’re 3 hours ahead, then I called the number listed on my credit card bill (which had been posted). I did get a nice young man who helped me. It took him a while, but he finally found they’d determined they’d sent the wrong item, which was now back ordered. I’ve received no communication from Ororo about this issue, except what the representative I was able to track down told me. I’m leaving for a trip that I specifically bought the item for. I will be most unhappy if it doesn’t arrive in time for me to use it for its intended purpose.”

“The heated leather mittens are fantastic! I am 71 years old and suffer from aching cold fingers whenever the temperature drops near freezing. High end winter sports gloves have not been able to provide adequate protection from the cold. These mittens set on lowest heat keep my hands comfortable while feeding the horses this winter. I do utilize thin glove liners should I need the dexterity to manipulate my cell phone or dig my knife out of my pocket without exposing bare hands to the elements.”

“It does not keep me warm enough. It is warm enough in the high setting but that doesn’t last long enough. In the medium setting it is barely warm enough and forget about the low setting. I will go back to my heating pad when I’m home. However I will use it in the high setting for a short walk. I would not buy it again.”

“I am normally a cold person especially during the winter time and I have to say the jacket has helped a lot. I do like the alkl of the locations for the heating especially the lower back. The battery is able to last the entire day for me which is super nice.”

“I bought a heated fleece for my wife in a medium. It's a little tight and I should have gotten the large. I asked if I could exchange for a large and that I was told that you don't do returns ? Other than that my wife enjoys wearing it !”

“I bought an Ororo coat to keep me warm on the train platform for my daily commute during the winter season. It did a great job at that. I bought another one, this for my wife with a bit of fur around the collar, for this past Christmas. She loves it. Now that I'm retired and not out on the train platform at 5:30 am, I use my coat for dog walking when it's cold and for going to ice hockey games. My wife does likewise, and for outdoor trips to go shoping or to the games with me. We are very satisfied with our Ororo coats and would recommend them to others.”

“It is comfortable and warm. It doesn’t take long to recharge the batteries. The coat is warm when it isn’t really cold so you don’t need the batteries also.I bought one for myself and one for my adult son. Thanks.”

“I had to return a pair of heated gloves from medium to large. It couldn’t have been easier. I called customer service for the process, and they directed me on how to go about doing the return. Orono staff was polite friendly and very efficient. Thank you for the easy process.”

“Terribly disappointed in your return policy. My wife mistakenly purchased the wrong size and did not notice this until I opened my gift on Christmas Day. The next day, she asked to return and purchase the right size, but the representative said it was after the 30-day return period. So, now we are stuck with a XS vest that will never be used… Great product, but terrible customer support and service.”

“I've had a great experience with Ororo. I absolutely love my Ororo vest. I wear it practically every day. The quilted vest is just the right weight to wear around the house or under a jacket. It was so worth it to buy the 2nd Ororo battery. This way I'm never without a charged battery!”
