I had purchased 2 heated jackets long before Christmas with a promise date long before the date I would need to ship the gifts to arrive as gifts to my son and new daughter-in-law. It took 3 or 4 days to inform me the color and size of the FEMALE jacket was no longer available and offered to send me an alternate color in a MALE jacket. The requested jacket was available on the website. Several more days to get a response to correct the gender jacket. I agreed to the replacement but again it took 3 or 4 more days to have the order confirmed and switched. Another few days before the jacket was shipped. Customer service communication is horrible with multiple days to respond to my questions. The replacement jacket did not arrive for me to ship to arrive before Christmas. I then sent an email asking if I could exchange the unused female jacket if the preferred color would become available. The jackets were meant to be matching his/hers. The male jacket was sent prior to resolving the issue with the female jacket so I was stuck with the male jacket before the resolution of the female jacket. Days later the response was the color would no longer be available and I could exchange for a different jacket with a charge of $70. Are you kidding me? Service charge of $70 plus the expense of 2 shipping fees. Never do business with them ever again and guarantee this review will be expressed on social media and company reviews.

The problem was the sizing. My grandson was the same height and about 10 lbs less than the medium example. we ordered a medium. We had to return it for a large. BUT once he got the right size, he loved it. He says it is very comfortable and he will wear it even when he doesn't need the heating element on.

Exactly what I wanted and have used it everyday since I received it. The vest are useful in the SportsDomes, out and about with daily errands. Bought one for my husband too.

Was really excited to get the heated gloves with the inner / outer combo depending on use case. I measured my hands and ordered the size according to the sizing charts. I am disappointed with the fit. The hand/fingers are really tight and it's difficult to get the inner glove onto my hand even without the heating component in the wrist. With it, it's even tighter and more dificult to get my hand into and out of the gloves. I have other Ororo products and I've been highly satisfied with them but (so far) quite disappointed with the gloves.

I cannot write a review as I never received the fleece jacket I ordered. At first ororo was trying to help me track it but after sending them the information they requested i have not heard anything further.

No one is responding to the exchange that I was promised from Nicole. She told me that Vinnie will be in touch with me so we can make the exchange. Now Nicole is not responding to my emails and Vinnie has not acknowledged me. I don’t know how to get in touch with Vinnie and have asked how to do so to no avail. Poor customer service.

I enjoy the concept of a heated vest while skiing and it does help. However charging the battery takes more than 4 hours (more like 6 or 7) and even when fully charged it switches from the hot (red) setting to medium ( white) setting within the first 3 minutes. I have this same problem with the gloves. I am concerned the vest will not last long at this rate and wonder if it is defective

The item I ordered said it would arrive by Dec. 22nd. On Dec 26th I emailed and was told they didnt know what the issue was and asked if I could wait 3 more business days and they would solve the issue. 6 more business days later and no item and no reply back.

Not thrilled my finger tips still freeze with the heated gloves. And they are extremely bulky. I wanted them for horse riding on trail but they are too thick to feel the reins.

Patience seems to be paying off. Our several other reviews, I ordered 1 size bigger than indicated, but still initially struggled to get a hand wearing a liner into the outer glove. After 3-4 wearings, it's getting better though. KEY -- It's sooo nice to spend time outside in 20 degree Ohio and not have numb or painful hands! On a 10 degree day I found the high setting too warm. The 3-in-1 is a bit bulky and I have to take the outer glove off for anything requiring dexterity, but objective #1 seems fulfilled so far
