“Very disappointed in integrity of Ororo Wear. I purchased a vest for my son to wear well doing his electrician apprenticeship only to find out. It was too large and unable to exchange for the appropriate size without even opening it. terrible way to do business.”

“I finally had an opportunity to use my vest in California on an evening sunset cruise and Christmas Boat Parade. As the temperature dropped, I quickly grabbed my vest and fumbled for the battery packet forgetting to just press the cute tab. Once I remembered to press the tab the neck area was the first place I felt warmth. The exact place I needed it. For me, the neck and back when chilled are the areas of highest discomfort and the Ororo vest warmed each immediately. The fun part was the comments from the other 64 people on the ship asking about the vest and feeling the collar and wishing they had one! I wore no jacket and a casual sweater underneath in 46 degrees on the bay and for an outdoor event until late evening. Thank you.”

“Very professional customer service. Had to replace my vest battery after five years of use. Help with replacement made things very easy. Now works like new again. Would like advice on where to recycle the old battery. Would be great if ORORO accepted them back.”
