“This is a Christmas present for my husband so we won’t know til then if it fits etc. Since my husband had throat cancer he has lost 40 lbs. Consequently he’s always cold. Hoping this will be the perfect gift!”

“They are not headed. Says there are on the gloves and the bag they are kept in. Very unhappy”

They are intended to be worn on their own for weather protection or paired with compatible heated liners. “I love the heated vests. I have two, one of which I've had for over 5 years and it still works great. I have horses and have to work outside no matter what the weather is. I've given at least 5 as gifts and they are always a hit. When I give one to a horse person, usually everyone else in the barn has bought one for themselves within a few weeks. I can not recommend these vests highly enough. I don't think I've been truly cold since I bought mine. Keeping my core warm means my extremities stay warm also.”

“I ordered a vest and battery charger for a Christmas present. This was ordered on December 7th. It said it departed shipping facility on December 8th there haven’t been any updates in 11 days. I email customer service, two days later they say they will mail a new vest and battery pack. I ask for a tracking code, no response. So my experience with ororo has not been good. Oddly enough I went with ororo because it seemed nice quality and professional. Not the case”

“i love these jackets so much i ordered 6+ for family and friends this year. my oringal ones are still working after 3 years. it's simply the best ones out in the market. there are many kockoffs but doesnt compair to ororo worth the cost.”

“I purchased two mens heater coats, one girls heater coat and one women’s vest for Christmas this year. Unfortunately, the New England winter did not allow me to wait and the coats need to be early gifts! The entire family just love the warmth that they bring; the two school children are the envy of their classmates!”

“Love Ororo products. I personally own 5 vests, gloves and a muff. I have gifted three vests. I love th product but have two complaints. Batteries are no longer included as well as a wall charger. I understand that the belief is that most people already have chargers. While this may be the case for most, it certainly w not for my 88 year old mother. I feel the prices of the products continue to increase despite being sold without batteries. There are many other heated product companies now and I would hope that Ororo can become more competitive and lower their product prices or at least include all necessary items (battery, cable, charger) for the same price .”
