“For some reason my orders kept getting denied because of fraud but , once I emailed the company and explained and confirmed my address they sent product to me. I will order from them in the future.”

“Very nice selection of clothing. Very easy to understand description of the items. I found the check out process to be a bit tedious. Family members speak highly of your products so this is to be a gift for someone who is always cold.”

“I purchased a heated vest on the recommendation of a friend. I also purchased an extra battery. I haven't used the vest yet but I'm excited to use it on my next hike. Purchase was easy, prices reasonable ans shipping was fast.”

“I've looked at heated clothing on Amazon and I just never could make a purchase, not knowing the quality of the items in question. I'm not sure how I found Ororo but I'm glad I did. The first heated clothing iten I have from Ororo is a pare of heated socks, my wife got them for me for Christmas 2023 (I ask for them) and I want to say, I was really impressed with the quality and fit of them. That's why I made my recent purchase A heated fleece jacket, Ihave no doubt that the quality will be the same. The Ororo page is easy to navigate and the purchase was pretty easy, I checked out with Pay-Pal.”

“I usually like Ororo but one issue is on the website. I haven't been able to redeem my toasty rewards, and when I wrote the company they tried to help & told me I had rewards to redeem, but I can't. Will keep trying but am a little disappointed I couldn't order for my birthday (wish has now past).”

“Love my heated apparel! I just wish you made a hat with heating elements. I get migraines, and the heat keeps the blood flowing, and eases the pain. I end up with a heated scarf wrapped around my head half of the time.”

“My Ororo heated vest, received as a gift last winter, is nothing short of remarkable. It is well-constructed. Its zipper works smoothly. The vest, while not at all bulky or physically restrictive, is exceedingly warm to the extent that I've found the "low" and "medium" heat settings easily sufficient for my needs in the southern New England winter. On the strength of my experience with the vest, I've purchased a pair of Glasgow glove liners which won't be needed for another 5-6 months.”
