“I ordered the heated seat with the battery and an extra battery. The seat has a USB plug and the extra battery only has a USB-C port. I had to order a converter so I could use the extra battery. I like the product.”

“The item was a gift for someone named Rosie 🌺 and the message behind was that it was referencing people that work hard and that’s how I presented it to her as a little birthday gift and she loves it; the quality was great. Nothing bad to report here.”

“I purchase 2 jackets. One men's and one women's jacket. The men's jacket was too small. I needed to exchannge it for a M size. I tried going through your exchange protocol and it would not allow me to submit my request to exchange. Not able to otherwise contact Ororo to communicate my simple request to exchange for a larger size. Terrible communications set up that almost appears designed to be unfriendly to custormers. I purchased 3 items already in this year alone. Very difficult to communicate with Ororo. rleong@wik.com”

“It works pretty well keeping our dog warm, but it doesn’t fit our 18lb Boston Terrier very well, which I thought would be a hard feat to design a garment that fits all types of dogs. There were two elastic loops at the back of the vest that we weren’t sure what they are for, but maybe to keep the back of the vest down and hug our dog’s body. Our dog acted really funny when they were looped around his hind legs, and they seem to be too tight as well, so we didn’t really use it. Since I have the ability to sew, I can modify the fit to make this vest fit better, other then that it’s a great product.”

“These jackets were given as Christmas gifts early. My girls are enjoying them this week as the temperatures have dropped below freezing. “Purchased a pair of the heaed gloves and when received I charged them. We had our first snow of the year and went to use the gloves, but the one battery failed to turn on. I contacted customer serivce, but I have had to upload three videos as requested andhave not heard anything back from them. I just want a replacment battery so i can use the gloves”

“Men's Heated Dual Control Jacket with 5 Heating Zones (Chest Heating) - This is what i ordered. I took away one start for 2 reasons: 1. The quality of the zipper can be better, espectially the pockets are bad. 2. The right inside pocket, its as a very strong velcro with a very weak single stitch. I am sure if i keep using it, its going to rip apart very soon. Other than that, i like the quality of the jacket. Very functional and fits well. I will recommend.”

“Love the warmth and battery life of my ororo vest, going 3 out of 5 since 2 of the 5 have worked great workout uncovered defects. Two buttons quit working and one zipper end fell off on its second wearing. The other two are amazing though!”

“The product itself seems very nice. Unlike many other companies though, be advised that there are very strict return policies on many products. As a gift, it is hard to get sizing right and unfortunately the size purchased was much too large and could not be exchanged.”

“The best products and even better customer service. Recently had an issue with a vest that was out of warranty and it was replaced, new one at my door within a week. People always ask about the vests at work and now everyone has one. We will be customers for a long time and will keep recommending their products to others”
