“I don't recommend purchasing returned items. The discount is enticing, but there are no returns. So, when you buy a well-meaning gift for your wife and it doesn't fit your forced to eat your mistake.”

“I've heard great things about this product and I was looking forward to owning one, however, the jacket didn't fit and the material didn't feel very good. It seemed well made, it just wasn't meant to be for me. The return process was easy though.”

“My son had a heated jacket on his christmas list. I did not realize that my a relative also got him one. The return policy gave no flexibilty and is now stuck with two expensive jackets. Same with my sister who purchased slippers, that were too small. The jacket is warm and my son loves, and the slippers are nothing special. I would never use this company again and neither will the other two people that spent their hard earned money. There are other manufactures that are just as good, if not better.”
