“Love my new vest. I have several but this new 7 control heating is the best. Only bad thing about Ororo is there battery only last a year and at $89.99 each I have to buy several every year. That really sucks.”

“Very warm. Fits well. Heats up quickly. I would like the front zipper to be a two way zipper, I would like the pocket zipper pulls to be bigger so they can be pulled easily with ski mittens.”

“The vest works as expected. I had a sizing issue and had to return for a different size. Customer service was very polite and very communative. The larger size arrived very quick and I am happy with the vest.”

“I own a heated hoodie and heated gloves. I love them! Today was the first day I was able to use my gloves and I was outside for over an hour and my hands stayed nice and warm. And I wouldn't trade my heated hoodie for anything! And furthermore, your customer service is fantastic!”

“Ordered women's heated vest. Had some trouble with the battery needing over a day to charge. Customer service was five-star. Returning the defective battery was made very easy. Got replacement battery, shipped with consideration of my schedule so that it would arrive when it worked best for me. I was sent a replacement charger as well. Now everything works perfectly. Would buy from them again. Can't say enough about what a joy it is to buy from and work with a company with such respect for its customers. Thank you!”
