Vest is very nice and warm without the heat turned on. Very warm with the heat on. Walked today in 30 degree weather with a sweatshirt on over the vest.

While it takes a while for the coat to warm up in whole, after wearing for an hour the right arm never warmed.

Order was shipped with out batteries and charger. Jacket was a birthday gift for my wife she yet to wear the jacket. Batteries and charger supose to arrive today.

I absolutely love Ororo products and cannot imagine a New England winter outside. I have horses & dogs and often work outside as a mixed practice vet tech. I now have two heated vests, a heated down coat, a heated regular coat and the socks. I ALMOST got the heated scarf on an outlet sale but it went out of stock before I could make the purchase. I have battered my vests - I have worn them almost every winter day for years now and they hold up quite well. I have one battery that will no longer charge but I'm okay with that. If you are tempted, do yourself a favor and check the heating zones. Get one with the heated area around the neck, body AND pockets! My new one was a sale coat with only heated upper chest and back (I knew there were no heated pockets or neck section) and if I didn't layer it over my vest with the heated multiple zones, I'd be sad! Cannot recommend enough.

Pre-purchase advise oj product sizing was helpful, inlcuidng invitation to order two sizes and return the one that didn't fit. Receipt of credit for return took a few days, but all came out well.

Jacket came with a small battery that will only charge half way..Purpose is to force you to spend $100.00 to buy a standard battery.so you can have a warm jacket. NO MORE.

Horrible!! They sent me the wrong item and have not refunded me!!! Customer service if aweful! They don't respond or solve the issue and now they are trying to steal my money! Criminals!

I received tracking that says my (2) items would be delivered by December 3rd. They didn’t arrive as expected. I get a win Wednesday DECEMBER 10, saying on item is no longer available. How is that possible? The color of jacket is also no longer available so I had to choose a different one. I needed expidited shipping and apparently only getting it for one. It took customer service 2 days to get back to me on December 12 and nothing was offered to satisfy my requests. I expected better from yall. For my troubles I expect extra batteries to be send. This is horrible customer service; bait and switch tactics and not listening to your customer. I’ll tell people about this experience.

I received a heated vest for Christmas three years ago. Days before my 3 year warranty expired, my vest stopped working and I reached out to support to see if I could fix the issue. They quickly offered to send a new vest and were very thorough with instructions. My new vest works just the same and I wear it almost daily throughout the year - my office is freezing cold, and it's more hands-free than a blanket! I think a heated vest is an ultimate gift to give or get, so I recommend it to everyone.

I recd a vest for Christmas last year but didn’t use it last winter. Got it out this fall for Packer games, love it. Ordered one for a relative, same one, but was disappointed not receiving battery charger (mine had one). I did reach out and recd an answer, but was still a bit disappointed. I do like the vest and am happy with it. Great for cold weather

I am”Really enjoying my vest. It is very comfortable and definitely makes a difference and maintaining warmth.. my daughter and my primary care physician both suggested that I get one and I am so happy that I did. The battery seems to take a very long time to charge, but because I have two batteries it is not a problem or I am delighted with my purchase. It was my Christmas present to myself this year.

Bought these for deer hunting. Charged them up twice for hunting. Twice the battery was dead with in ten min. Likely defective. Will try and return.
