“I got one of the jackets for my wife, it has 5 heat zones, and it works great! Even without the heat turned on, my wife says it is still very warm. Great product, and I highly recommend it.”

“The heating pack on one arm doesn't function at all. They battery packs are pretty heavy and suboptimally positioned so it's right at hip level where it's uncomfortable.”

“I bought the quilted heated vest to wear for outdoor walking/hiking. The vest definitely runs small so I would advise to order a size or two up. I bought a size M though an XS was what was suggested via the size chart (I actually tried on a S and it was snug!). The M has a bit of extra room but not much. I used the vest for the first time when it was 28F, no sun, and very windy. I wore a winter workout jacket and had the vest over it. I was pleasantly surprised that the high setting was too hot for me... and this is again with the vest over another jacket. I used the medium setting and then ended up turning down to low once I warmed up. If you had the vest on under a jacket I imagine you would be even more toasty. I am very sensitive to cold and this vest is life changing for cold weather - so thrilled I won't have to resort to a treadmill. My only negative feedback is these vests no longer come with a charging block. For how much money these are, a charging block should be included. I would also encourage people to read the battery instructions. They are a bit intimidating with the warnings about a lithium battery, and specify that it is recommended to use an Ororo charging block. I got so scared about using a generic block that I ordered the Ororo charging block after reading that. If a charging block is not going to be included with the vest (which again for how much money these are, the charging block should be included), it should be clearly indicated that an Ororo charging block is recommended in the details for the vest when purchasing. I had a lag in being able to test/use my vest because of this.”

“I purchased 6 vests as Christmas gifts on the recommendation of a friend. The vests do seem very nice but my rating is about the delivery process and communication, or lack thereof. Of the 6 vests I ordered, 2 were the wrong size. That's a pretty disappointing level of accuracy. I returned the 2 incorrect sizes and requested an exchange, realizing it was unlikely I would get the correct ones in time for Christmas but that was ok. However, two days after Christmas I received only 1 of the 2. Appartenly the women's medium I ordered for my daughter was out of stock. I only learned this by digging into the web site. No direct communication from ororo, no apologies for sending the wrong sizes nor for not having the size I needed in stock, no guidance on what my options are. Since I received the package on a Saturday and the office was closed I sent them an email which they didn't reply until Tuesday. At least they acknowledged my missing vest, but basically told me to be patient. I had asked about my options, but no response to that. I like the vests, very disappointed they couldn't get the sizes correct the first time and frustrated in their poor communication.”

“As I have written, my son loves the best BUT the two batteries that were supposed to come with my purchase were NOT included Ivy from customer service is working on this and I am expecting them in the mail. Unfortunately, I now have to pay to mail them to my son who has left to go back home from the Xmas holiday. This was not an inexpensive purchase so I am disappointed Karen K”
