“The jacket that I purchased doesn’t get warm enough at all and I reached out online to customer support for washing instructions because my item doesn’t have a zipper - only one snap on pocket to house the battery on the outside of the jacket and I am afraid to machine wash. No one ever responded to my question.”

The item you purchased is machine washable. Before washing, please disconnect and remove the battery, put back the connector cable and close the zipper, place the jacket in a laundry bag, and wash it in the machine following the general care guidelines. “I never received my order - ordered two weeks ago and says it is going to now be another week. Ordered to have for an outside event which is now come and gone”

“Did some research & decided to go with ororo for a women's fleece heated vest for my wife. Tried on the small & it wasn't going to fit & did the return label, put in for an exchange to a medium and the whole process was effortless. They verified that they received the return & shipped the medium vest out which i received before Christmas & thankful for that. Have to give a five star from ordering, returning & received the one i needed in time, thank u ororo for your customer service, impressive!”

“I can’t review it because it’s a Christmas present for my son. He has cancer and gets cold because of his medications. He spends a lot of time at the hockey rink with his son! They ski also.”

“It’s very difficult to get the heating element to turn on doesn’t seem that the quality between the cord and the battery are manufactured very well. It’s hit or miss if the heating element will even turn on. For the price of your items I would’ve expected a better quality. I should return it because sometimes I don’t turn on at all.”

“I bought my mother a pair of gloves for her birthday and the battery arrived broken (unable to be charged). They didn't allow a return, just told me about the 1 year warranty on the battery and said they would exchange the battery. It was embarrassing to give a gift that was defective out of the box, especially given the price. Customer service has been slow and ineffective. Will never buy from them again.”

“I never received my vest though Ororo says I did. Despite numerous phone calls and emails no one ever got in touch with me to try to figure it out and get me what I paid for. I sent ring videos showing I didn’t receive it, etc. worst experience with a company ever. Would never order anything again.”

“The gloves arrived in a timeframe specified by Ororo. The batteries do not maintain the heat considering the gloves are meant for outdoor activities. There is no heat in the fingers which I had expected from the photo at ororo. This is the second product that arrived without the electrical plug connection to charge the batteries. I would not recommend these gloves.”
