“Great product. Purchase the heated vest for my son, who is an electrician, and he loves it. Customer service was exceptional when a battery pack was missing from purchase. Sent it out right away without hesitation.”

“Good mitten, fit was good length using chart, lots (lots!) of room inside. Should of ordered glove type mitten as the palm gets cold working-snowblowing as only the back & thumb is heated. My bad.”

“My family loves the vests I got them. BUT the one I got my mother, which said it was a 2025 vest, was too small. Low and behold, it happened to be a final sale, so I can’t even exchange it for a size that fits. It’s really disappointing. I only found out it was a final sale when I received the email confirmation.”

“THis is the second coat I've ordered for my wife. She really likes them. The newest is more of a durable type coat. Her only sort of complaint is the collar/neck is pretty stiff. Other than that she loves the heating zones located on the arms.”

“Wife loves the vest. My issue was they mailed it usps and took about three weeks to receive. Maybe switch to UPS so it’s delivered quickly”
