“The gloves were very long behind the wrist which is annoying but okay. they're incredibly expensive & simply don't work. They give off the tinest bit of heat. Not worth the $$ . The quality material and construction are there just not the technology. Sorry to say. We returned them.”

“This is my favorite vest and mittens. I have tried others and this is the best. Customer service is attentive and timely. I wear the vest and mittens for skiing and I also wear the vest around the house when I feel chilled. I have recommended both to many friends and strangers who see me wearing them.”

“Ordered two vests as gifts for Christmas, had to exchange one for a different size. Process was very easy and then new product was delivered very quickly. And the owners of the vests LOVE them.”

“I've been looking for a quality heated vest that is cut and styled for a woman for a few years. Everything coming out of West is cheap and cut for someone with no hips. Hooray”

“The heated vest and blanket from Ororo have been tremendously helpful in keeping me warm for 2 winters. My children really knew what I needed for joint and muscle comfort when they chose these aforementioned under the Christmas tree! I sent one to a sister to help her through the chill of a basement apartment.”

“so I originally bought the jacket in a size small because I went off of their sizing guide and unless you want to wear the jacket with nothing else underneath the small fits. but even having a thin t-shirt on I had a hard time moving. Customer service is great. they exchanged my small for a medium and I love love love, love my new jacket! The battery works fantastic. it keeps me warm. when my hands go in the pocket it warms up my hands. I love the low medium in high settings. I will be purchasing the vest next! I am hoping the size the socks smaller because the reviews on the socks I hear run big so I'm hoping they fix that because after the vest I want to buy the heated socks! I love this jacket.”

“Love my new heated jacket! It’s so nice not to have to layer up, just put on the jacket and I’m good. The jacket is light weight and comfortable and keeps me very warm in cold weather. I live on a ranch and this jacket is now an essential part of my wardrobe. I will be purchasing a heated vest next! Jacket is well made and runs true to size.”

“Four stars, but do read on for the why. First, thank you for a product that keeps these six decade old hands from being frozen while snow skiing. I used them inside new Hestra gloves and while I won't say my hands were toasty, they were warm enough for skiing in the intermountain west where I live, and where skiing temps this time of the year run from single digits to the mid twenties. For this I would recommend them with a few caveats. The days I've used them started around 5 degrees and warmed to around 15 in the afternoon, for context. The battery pack sits inside the wrist and while that doesn't impede a pole plant, it did mean the gauntlet on the outer glove was very stretched and not easily pulled over the outer layer and the battery pouch. Also, it meant that I unknowingly changed the temperature setting several times. I will watch more closely in the future to avoid closing the coat cuff on the selector button. Other than those two items, the liner performed acceptably. My suggestion to ORORO would be to offer a slimmer battery pack with a reduced life, I believe this would be accepted. These could be easily switched out mid-day and then recommend moving the temperature controller to the back of hand to improve accessibility and away from outer wear cuff closure. Nevertheless, I would recommend the ORORO heated glove liners to keep those cold clear days on the skiing calendar.”

“I bought my wife a heated jacket. When I saw how well it worked I bought a heated vest and heated gloves. I mainly use it for shoe shoeing. They work great. the coldest I have used them in is 20 degrees.”

“The vest is thick and warm even when the heating elements are not turned on. I usually keep it on the low or medium setting while at my desk at work and it keeps me plenty warm in the freezing basement of the building.”
