Neither my daughter in law nor my sweetheart have taken off their vests since I gave them to them on christmas. There are light in warm and wonderful!

I purchased 6 vests as Christmas gifts on the recommendation of a friend. The vests do seem very nice but my rating is about the delivery process and communication, or lack thereof. Of the 6 vests I ordered, 2 were the wrong size. That's a pretty disappointing level of accuracy. I returned the 2 incorrect sizes and requested an exchange, realizing it was unlikely I would get the correct ones in time for Christmas but that was ok. However, two days after Christmas I received only 1 of the 2. Appartenly the women's medium I ordered for my daughter was out of stock. I only learned this by digging into the web site. No direct communication from ororo, no apologies for sending the wrong sizes nor for not having the size I needed in stock, no guidance on what my options are. Since I received the package on a Saturday and the office was closed I sent them an email which they didn't reply until Tuesday. At least they acknowledged my missing vest, but basically told me to be patient. I had asked about my options, but no response to that. I like the vests, very disappointed they couldn't get the sizes correct the first time and frustrated in their poor communication.

Love my heated vest!! Great quality! The support at the company is only what a buyer dreams of. They went above and beyond to help me. Classy and wonderful people there. They chased me down to make sure I was happy! Thanks to them!

My daughter gifted me an Ororo vest a few years ago, I have really enjoyed the warmth. I have since gifted Six vests. Everyone is enjoying them.

As I have written, my son loves the best BUT the two batteries that were supposed to come with my purchase were NOT included Ivy from customer service is working on this and I am expecting them in the mail. Unfortunately, I now have to pay to mail them to my son who has left to go back home from the Xmas holiday. This was not an inexpensive purchase so I am disappointed Karen K

I really can't tell anyone how the product is. I ordered it early for Christmas just to have my family member open it up and it was the complete wrong size.

I ordered a coat and battery. The battery seems to have issues holding a charge. The new coat is only wearable for about 40 min. I wrote customer service as I did not want to leave a bad review without working with your company first. I received a response asking for some info and the note: Once we have these details, your case will be transferred to a human agent for further review and support. I provided the requested info. However, no one has reached out. I'm disappointed in the coat and the customer service. I have heated gloves from another company that are years old and still work great. I was hoping this the Ororo heated coat would be good as well. How frustating.

The heated vest is a perfect gift! Great value for money! I bought this same vest as a gift for my girlfriend six years ago because she’s always cold working inside the hospital. She’s loved it ever since. Many of her colleagues, doctors, and co-workers have bought them as well, so much that she says she should get commission. Lol These heated vests last the test of time. The only reason I purchased another one is that my girlfriend wanted a different color. I’ve bought a vest for all the ladies in my family a few years ago. Everyone loves them!

I’m really enjoying my coat. My only complaint is the fur on the hood. It looks very very cheap and really brings down the appearance of the coat. Fortunately I replaced it with a much nicer rim. Overall though the coat is very warm and looks nice.

I bought the heated vest for my Husband for Christmas. Joe loves the vest and used it in Colorado while visiting my daughter and son-in-law. The vest will get used all the time since my husband own's a contruction company. Thank you for your product.
