“I purchased two pairs of Tahoe Heated socks for my wife for Christmas. Based on the size guide, I ordered Mediums, but when she opened them, they were huge. There is no way they would fit her feet. When I looked into returning them for a different size, I discovered that these socks are non-returnable—even though they have never been worn. This was a very expensive mistake and I'm left with a set of unusable socks.”

“Absolutely love my Ororo heated jacket! It works exactly as advertised and keeps me warm even on the coldest days. “The vest is great and seems like it is really good quality. I decided to keep my size although it is a bit big. I wish they had better sizing information online. My measurements were at the top of XS so I decided to go with S to make sure it wasn't too tight, but I definitely should have gotten XS. I wear it daily and have to charge the battery daily, but I understand there are options to purchase extra or larger batteries.”

“I love your vests! But I bought my daughter a pair of your heated sock for xmas - they were too big. When she tried to exchange them she was told that "socks were not returnable". That's ludicrous! Socks are return able everywhere. So now she has a $100 pair of socks that she can't use - absurd!”

“I've purchased several vests as gifts, and everyone loves them. My Dad is elderly and wears his all the time on the winter to stave off the chill. I didn't think I would get much use out of a vest but it's part of my cold weather attire. I picked up extra batteries so I would always have one charged. I've purchased the vests for other family members and friends and they all love them (and purchase them for others) . The quality of the vests is really impressive even without the heat. I've also picked up some great deals with my Toasty Points. Don't settle for cheaper imitations. Ororo is the best quality and value.”

“I don't recommend purchasing returned items. The discount is enticing, but there are no returns. So, when you buy a well-meaning gift for your wife and it doesn't fit your forced to eat your mistake.”

“My son had a heated jacket on his christmas list. I did not realize that my a relative also got him one. The return policy gave no flexibilty and is now stuck with two expensive jackets. Same with my sister who purchased slippers, that were too small. The jacket is warm and my son loves, and the slippers are nothing special. I would never use this company again and neither will the other two people that spent their hard earned money. There are other manufactures that are just as good, if not better.”
