I love this company and these products! I bought three different products for Christmas gifts and they are all loved and worked well. One didn't fit and so I've dealt with customer service a few times for exchanges and they are easy and great to work with!

I really wanted to love this heated vest, and overall it’s a very useful and impressively warm piece. The vest itself is slim, well-fitting, comfortable, and does an excellent job keeping me warm, especially outdoors in colder conditions. That said, there are two notable downsides that brought my rating to three stars. The battery pack is quite large and bulky, which takes away from the otherwise sleek design. Additionally, the heat control seems to have a technical issue on my vest—when I set it to red (the hottest setting), it automatically drops down to white, so I have to keep pressing the button to get it back to red. This makes me think my particular model may have a defect with the heat level settings unless this is built in for some reason to prevent If these issues were resolved, this vest would easily be a top-tier product. (I bought one for my mom and she loves it)

Please note that when the garment is first turned on, it may automatically switch to the white setting after a short time. If you’d like to use the highest heat level, simply press the button again to return it to red. Ororo charges for return shipping if they send a defective product. This should be free as part of the warranty.

When you are cold, life is not right. To feel that heat creep up your back and around your neck, so soft and warm. It’s like wearing a hug. I’ve lost 50 lbs, needed to go, but and now thin and cold. Thank you Ororoco!!!

Gloves looked great but i ordered the wrong size and company wouldn’t exchange for correct size. It was a “no return” item but I think an exchange would be in order. Anybody want a size small?

I have had 3 other vest when you first started an they were great, this new one is not the same, does not get as warm as the old ones. Always told people how good they are but now not so sure.

I think everything I've experienced with my Ororo vest is superb, but . . . It would be nice if I could charge it up with ANY USB C charging cable. Having to use the one "ORORO " cable that I have can be sometimes inconvenient, ESPECIALLY if I'm out somewhere, the vest runs out of power, and I forgotten that one cable necessary at home. ds

I have to say I was very disappointed with the heated gloves. Everything seemed to work as it was supposed to but on my first winter bike ride my thumbs got numb from the cold. The backs of my hands were okay and even my fingers stayed mostly comfortable but the thumbs were just freezing. I am not sure if I got a defective pair or if they just don't have heat in the thumbs but I thought from the marketing materilas they were supposed to have heat there.

Battery worked great. Unfortunately it came in a damaged, resealed box. It was a gift, but couldn’t be given in original packaging. Luckily the battery was not cracked or damaged.

The size is off and with a no returns policy I was told I couldn’t exchange it for a smaller size that would fit. So I opened the package and tried to make do. I ultimately gave it away. After I opened it, I received an email saying “as a one time courtesy” I could exchange it if it was unopened. With that kind of customer service, I can find other brands to support.
