Bought for wife how is a figure skating coach that teaches inside and outside. Loved it. Actually had to turn it to medium because so warm.

We bought the heated jacket with upgraded batteries and arm heat from my wife. She loves it! The batteries last quite a while and only take 2 hours to charge.

Purchased an ororo a couple years ago for my daughter. She works nights in horse barns and loves it. She gave me one for Christmas this year and I love it; I got the vest. I then ordered one for my husband and he also loves his; wears it all the time. Thanks for making a great product.

Well the socks are good. Customer Service not so much. I ordered the socks and used the size chart. The socks were way too big and they are not returnable! This should be in large letters on the ordering page. If you order from Amazon, they are returnable.

Ororo went from the best to the worst in my eyes. First, I had the item shipped one day shipping and of course that never materialized then for the inconvenience they gave me a $10 coupon off from THEIR OWN PRODUCTS ..What an insult. !!! Then the battery was junk so I asked for a new one and they gave me step-by-step instructions on how to reset the battery ,well Im well versed in the “electrical” field, I know a junk battery. now they promised to send me a new battery, but that’s going to take weeks to get here. Just a rotten company to deal with customer service wise. I’ve bought and recommended a lot of products over the last couple years for this company ,never again. I have found better quality at a cheaper price now..

Researched on Grok, and provided me Ororo. Worked the first time I tried it and second time it didn't. Sent in a video of why it didn't work. Replaced the jacket and that didn't solve the problem. Then I returned the product. I will never buy another Ororo.

Ordered two pairs of socks based on shoe size. As we unrolled the large socks, they were clearly too large. Very disappointed that an exchange for medium was not permitted even though the socks were not tried on. There should be a better way to assess sock size better is these are final sale.

I am very disappointed in Ororo. My household and I have been great. Repeat customers for the last two years especially around Christmas. We've purchased two jackets. Several extra batteries and chargers. And this year I bought some things for my wife... that she didn't need. And I was surprised to find that one of the items in particular (slippers) was not returnable. I corresponded with customer support over email, and was told that even though the item is unopened it could NOT be returned. And even tho customer support gave me a couple of options... I simply think that type of policy is unacceptable. So I'm going to return all the items, regardless of whether you credit me or not. And I'm done with Ororo. As I told customer service, I think this is unacceptable. I intend to write a review stating that you have an arbitrary no return policy. And so buyer should read the fine print. I'm also no longer going to recommend Ororo to all the peple who asks about my jacket when they see the lights. And I'm also not going to buy my daughter an Ororo heated jacket... I bought this vest for my husband, as a surprise. I had an opportunity to actually see it on a lady at church. I talked to her about it and decided to check it out online. Larry uses it when he goes outside in the mornings to sit and have a cup of coffee and a cigarette or two. Sometimes he wears it when he's out in his shop, depending upon the project. He likes it!

Jacket is comfortable, stylish and sturdy. However, battery life is abysmal. Right after preheat, I turn it down to lowest setting and only get 3.5 hours of use. I intend to contact support to get help. My answers below are based upon the current situation and may change depending on the support I receive.

The gloves are pretty good for coldish weather (30-40°F), but they don't keep your hands warm if the temperature gets below 20°F.

I think the people who work at Ororo ROCK! They are always willing to make things right and as we all know that is a lost art. Not too mention the few products that I have purchase have been awesome!

I purshased a jacket and have to say it's pretty nice, the fit is true to size so be careful there as you may need one size bigger and the overal quality seems pretty good. The jacket is comforable and doesn't restrict movement. The jacket heats up quickly and does a pretty good job of keeping you warm. Obviously every jacket is a bit different so depending on which one you buy and where the heating elements are located sort of determines the effectivenes of the heating.
