“I have not received my heated vest which was to be delivered 1 week ago. I have received 2 emails... from humans?I do not know. It seems my order was lost in transit. Please fix this issue and thank you for your help. I was promised delivery 1 week ago and since then the communication has been slow and feels like AI or computers are responding to me.”

“Ororo Order Number - 841012 Verbier Men's 4-Zone Heated Down Jacket Catching and releasing has never been better with the new Ororo Verbier Men's 4-Zone Heated Down Jacket! With the up-and-down midwest weather, the Verbier jacket tackles it without a problem! On a recent angling outing, the day started out in the mid-60's. By the afternoon, the temp had plumitted into the low 40's without warning. I signed up for the New Product Testing Program because I wanted a lightweight heated garmet to wear under my waterproof bibs. The Verbier was a perfect addition because as the temp dropped, I knew I did not have a jacket with me. This was a "non-issue" because the Verbier 4-zone jacket kept me comfortable while we finished our day fishing. Thank you Ororo for developing this jacket! The jacket is super comfortable! My only suggestion is to make the zipper heavy duty. Though I have only used the jacket a week, I'm not sure how the zipper will hold up. It seems pretty light.”

“I love my jacket. It’s already warm without being on but when you need a little more warmth it is perfect. The jacket heats up great keeping me really warm. I did have to size up from what I normally wear but I recommend it just in case you want to wear a bigger sweater.”

“I love these jackets so much I now have 5! They get me though the winter. I turn the buttons on, off, up and down all day depending on how I feel. Very stylish and well made. When people see me wearing them I always get them interested. I should be an ambassador!”
