“I ordered the wrong size and customer service took care of me immediately! Received the correct size and love it. Use the vest to play golf and it is fantastic! Quality is excellent. Packaging was great, vest well protected.”

“Buying a Christmas gift for my husband is always a challenge. He has everything he needs. And then I just saw an advertisement for this and I remembered a friend‘s husband who has diabetes. I had one of these heated sweatshirts and I thought this is perfect. My husband is always cold. Always running the fireplace. I am always hot. It’s a battle as to the temperature we keep the house at. From the minute it arrived he has been wearing it to death. He absolutely loves it. He even said the other day this is the best Christmas present you’ve ever bought me. Enough said.”

“My husband loves his heated vest. He wears it most of his waking hours. He has an extra battery and can wear it on low most of the day. His friends notice the lit ikon on his upper chest and he enjoys answering questions about it.”

“The jacket is very nice quality, but it doesn't warm up as much as I had hoped. The neckline gets warm, as does the back, but it is difficult to feel any heat around the abdomen and pockets. I was hoping the pockets would be warm, so that I could warm up my hands, but I can't feel much heat.”

“This is a review of customer service, not the product (which, so far has been great. Ingave three stars, because I made three orders - two went well, and one was (so far, because my order has yet to arrived) not good. I received an email saying my last order was on its way, and UPS confirmed it was scanned to arrive, yesterday. When UPS notified it was delivered, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I looked on the UPS app, and the app said it had been nearby, but was then rerouted and delivered to a different city. I tried to call customer service, but they’re 3 hours ahead, then I called the number listed on my credit card bill (which had been posted). I did get a nice young man who helped me. It took him a while, but he finally found they’d determined they’d sent the wrong item, which was now back ordered. I’ve received no communication from Ororo about this issue, except what the representative I was able to track down told me. I’m leaving for a trip that I specifically bought the item for. I will be most unhappy if it doesn’t arrive in time for me to use it for its intended purpose.”

“The heated leather mittens are fantastic! I am 71 years old and suffer from aching cold fingers whenever the temperature drops near freezing. High end winter sports gloves have not been able to provide adequate protection from the cold. These mittens set on lowest heat keep my hands comfortable while feeding the horses this winter. I do utilize thin glove liners should I need the dexterity to manipulate my cell phone or dig my knife out of my pocket without exposing bare hands to the elements.”

“It does not keep me warm enough. It is warm enough in the high setting but that doesn’t last long enough. In the medium setting it is barely warm enough and forget about the low setting. I will go back to my heating pad when I’m home. However I will use it in the high setting for a short walk. I would not buy it again.”

“I am normally a cold person especially during the winter time and I have to say the jacket has helped a lot. I do like the alkl of the locations for the heating especially the lower back. The battery is able to last the entire day for me which is super nice.”

“I bought a heated fleece for my wife in a medium. It's a little tight and I should have gotten the large. I asked if I could exchange for a large and that I was told that you don't do returns ? Other than that my wife enjoys wearing it !”
