“My husband and I bought ourselves vests for snowmobiling and also bought for our son and daughter. We all love them for snowmobiling and my daughter wears hers when she goes for long runs outside. She usually has it on low but it definitely helps to keep her body temperature regulated during her long runs. My husband and I both work remote and usually have ours on throughout the day while working at our computers”

“I purchased a light weight heated vest for my wife. She loves it and wears it every day. It has heat on the upper back, lumbar, chest and pockets. It keeps her nice and warm. Fortunately, I purchased an extra battery at the same time. Unless she is really cold and has it on high, one of the mini batteries will last most of the day but it is nice to have the extra. The sizing of the vest runs standard so get the size you normally wear and because the vest is not a puffy vest it fits well under a jacket without adding bulk. The vest and batteries are high quality. If you know someone that is always cold, buy them some ororo heated apparel.”

“I bought a pair of heated gloves for my son before we took a big ski trip out west. Unfortunately the batteries fid not work, so no heated gloves for trip. I contacted Ororo about the situation in hopes of getting replacement batteries. The sales rep asked me to send several videos of the batteries at different points during charge. Who has the time to do that? Just replace the batteries. What a waste of time and money. I work over time in healthcare and I am a full time single mom with 3 boys who just wanted to take her kids skiing over the holidays.”

“Jacket is fine, but customer service is non-existent. Contacted through their form due to no other means being found. A week later and no response. Received coat for Christmas and wife ordered a size too big. Just wanted to exchange for alternate size. Only options return for exact same (if defective this would work), return for refund or return for store credit. My situation was none of those. I guess I'm stuck with it, fortunately it's a size larger but very disappointed.”

“I really like my heated vest. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. I do wish they would create a little haptic feedback so when you turn it on / or switch temperature, there was a little vibration so you know it registered. The control is a little difficult to see with the high collar and its positioning. A little feedback could make it so you wouldn’t have to see it. I find it comfortable. The 5k battery delivers a lot of heat for a long time too. So glad I got it. I’m a commercial real estate agent so I’m in and out of cars and building all day. This has allowed me to wear a vest instead of a big bulky parka on cold days which has been really nice.”

“I've bought several ororo pieces: vests, jackets, mittens for my husband and me. Everything is impeccably constructed. I'm so impressed with the quality of everything. And the warmth factor is a game-changer. I can wear fewer clothes in the cold, be comfortable and warm and move around easily. The battery life is excellent, too. I have spare batteries for everything so there is always a fully-charged battery waiting. Now I don't mind winter nearly as much!”

“Got the vest for my wife who generally runs cold but we love winter sports. Trial run was snowmobiling out of West Yellowstone when temps were in the teens and I have never seen her enjoying herself more while riding sleds. The battery lasted 3+ hours with the vest on high, no problem. Highly recommend this vest to anyone who runs cold but enjoys the outdoors during the colder months.”
