“I love Orono Heated Apparel. I really do! BUT...I purchased a pair of heated gloves that was so poorly designed, no one could fit their hands inside the gloves while the batteries were installed. Very disappointed in this purchase!”

“I have owned an Ororo heated vest for 2 years and love it! I purchased one for my 91 year old father in law for Christmas. We live in the northeast and get some nasty cold winters. He absolutely loves his heated vest and it fits perfectly! Thank you Ororo!”

“I purchased 2 jackets and a hoody. Wow I did not know how well these are manufactured, these are great gifts for the outdoors and hockey. My favorite is the hoody its not too heavy and the inside liner feels soft.”

“These pants are heavy and well made. I normally wear a size 10, I ordered a 12 just to be sure I would have plenty of room but I probably shouldn't have done so. My regular size would have fit just fine. The battery lasts me just over 2 hours on high. They keep me comfortable while doing barn chores although the don't get as warm as I expected.”

“I love my vest it works great doesn't last too long but that's okay. When I ordered a second one for my girlfriend the size was incorrect but we got to do one later and it's fine.”

“Quality, fit, and customer service/response are all inconsistent. I've bought two vests and the battery pocket placement is important! It seems like Ororo's sewing team is not sewing these battery pockets in the same place and you will notice the difference. I bought my first vest and have loved it. Unfortunately, I then bought the same size (different color vest) as an outlet item (final sale) and it was not made the same way...and I do not love it. I reached out about the problem and was told that since it was a final sale, it cannot be exchanged ...too bad, so sad. I also want to add that I tried to get customer service advice before making the second purchase- I called, emailed, etc and could not a response for days and days. I was reaching out because the color I wanted wasn't available any longer and I only saw it as an open box option. I gave up waiting for a reply and went ahead and made the purchase. My mistake.”

“I like this coat a lot. It turned out to not be as described in the online write up. It was shown as a waist length soft shell and it is more of a winter coat. It's actually perfect for me as is and it is great that they have tall sizes. I recommend it if you are looking for a warm winter coat. Great valeu and quality.”
