It looks nice and worked well the first time, but after charging it only warmed for an hour, shut off mid hockey game. I'll try again and hope for better results.

My recent purchase replaced a vest that was one month out of warranty. The button switch stopped working, and all Ororo offered was $20 off of a new vest. I was not at all happy to be purchasing a new vest for $100. In addition, of course the old vest failed on the coldest day of the year.

Love the looks of the jacket. Fits nice. Haven’t had a chance to use the heat. Has not been cold enough in western Nebraska. Maybe this week I will get to use it

These heated mittens are the BEST! I had other heated "gloves", but they went cold when riding my motorcycle thru the cold seasons. These Ororo mittens retain their heat, even at 70 MPH in 30 degree weather!!

I can not say enough good things about this company, their products and customer service. They are truly exceptional in all aspects and I will continue to buy and recommend their products to anyone who likes to stay warm! Their heated vest has gotten me through countless freezing little league games and is a daily comfort for my chilly morning ranch chores.

My husband and I each received a heated vest. They are excellent quality and the heating device is such a nice thing to have when the weather is so cold. My favorite part is being able to put my hands the warm pockets.

I am very pleased with the heated vest product however the advertising of the $10 vest with a battery purchased was very misleading. I think it should have stated that no battery was included with the $10 vest. Although it said apparel only it should have stated no battery included with the purchase.

Gloves fit well and operation was straight forward. I purchased the mittens because my pinky finger and thumbs were not maintaining heat in my traditional mittens. The heated gloves were much better in the main finger area be still lacked enough heating to keep the extremities warm.

I like the product, the battery pack was defective and replaced under warranty, the service representative was very professional but your process is non customer friendly and cumbersome. The representative requested pictures and video to confirm the defect issue, multiple email messages, and then a return of the festive battery. This was your issue, satisfy your customer as soon as possible and add a follow up 20% opps coupon for a future purchase. Time consuming, not customer friendly, and a lot of time and make work ( expensive, non value added ) for your company.
