“Best is fantastic. I walk everyday and this vest keeps me nice and comfortable. The heated collar keeps the cold wind from blowing down my back. The heated pockets are perfect for keeping hands warm, and the heated back feels great on a cold day. Would highly recommend.”

“This jacket is one of the warmest jackets I’ve ever owned. Even without using the heated feature. Heated features is a plus when needed. Love this Jacket.”

“Terrible customer service. I purchased socks, read the product description, and nowhere obvious did it state that they were non-refundable. I received them, they don't fit, and this comapny not only takes three business days to send me the same AI response again and again, but they will not allow me to return them and they're in perfect condition. Their return policy is very sneaky-- there are apparently many different products you can't return, but that do not state "final sale" or anything obvious when you buy. Screw this company. Awful.”

“I paid an additional $30 for delivery by Christmas eve and it wasn't even close. I love your gear, but am angry that your site claimed delivery, yet failed. This was a gift for my son - pretty sad!”

“My sister absolutely loves her vest! She is the Mayor of a Pennsylvania town and attends many outdoor activities. The cold has been wearing on her and limits what she can do. She was hesitant about the idea of getting a heated vest. I sent her one for Christmas and soon heard that she could use a spare battery. So she got a New Year's package with an orange battery, extra cord and charger, carry case, and a laundry bag. My sister wears the vest to her job in a renovated but chilly barn and frequenlty texts to thank me for the vest - which makes me feel warm, too.”

“The sizes are not what they claim to be. I purchased a vest for someone for a Christmas present with the Westminster logo and it was too large and now of course they don't have one to replace it with of any style. Huge disappointment so now I have an unusable $200 vest”

“Battery pack on my order of vest and battery pack (shipped seperately) was delayed by USPS with no explanation. It may have been put on a barge or truck for the final portion of its shipment tp Alaska. When I expressed my concern to OROR, their assistance was professional and immediate, Looking forward to using my vest next Fall on my crane / goose hunt near Delta Junction. Product looks and feels great. Great company, great products and really good folks. I'll be 80 then and warmth will be a must.”

“My son is a plumber and works outside much of the time. He has stayed quite warm since receiving this heated vest for Christmas. The battery lasts several days on medium setting which has kept him warm enough in the cold temps! Very light weight and not bulky. He especially appreciated that since his job keeps him moving.”
