“The heated lines are OK hey aren't great they aren't terrible I like them better than heated gloves from ororo - they have flaws - the inside layer tries hard to push your fingers out/back - you constantly have to pull them down - it is annoying but what is really annoying is the heating system - despitebatteries being fully charged you set red 3 bars automatically goes to two bars but the most annoying is heat color changes "on its own" - you look down and it is white or blue or off - if this is the result of actually working outside then the designo of the on-off system is flawed - you have some but not much dexterity with them...despite the flaws they are better than anything else I have tried”

“LOVED it! The neck warmer feels amazing, very cozy. It heats up immediately. Suggestion for improvement: pls add a removable liner for the neck area, so it can be removed and washed more frequently. The neck area can get dirty easily, and I’m hoping not to wash the vest all the time since it has electric, even it is washable.”

“Bought a heated vest for my wife who is always cold. She loves it. It keeps her warm on the high setting but never gets too hot. I also bought an extra battery. She wears it all day, every day. The extra battery gets her through the day. I bought the spare battery pouch but she doesn’t use it. There is enough room for a second battery in the little pocket that holds the battery that’s plugged in to heat the vest. She starts the day with one battery plugged in and backup battery for later in the day. It is by far the most used gift that I have ever gotten her.”
