“I want to sleep in my down vest. It is so soft and comfy. I work with dogs so I'm outside a lot. I have the lighter jacket, the heavy coat, and now added the best for those days when you just need a little something more than a hoodie. I wear my best in the house when I sometimes get a chill on those harsh winter days. I'm in Maryland and our Mid-Atlantic winters are damp. Chills you to the bone. I can't say enough good things about the down vest other than I want to sleep in it.”

“I ordered a heated vest in size large. It was too big so I "exchanged " it for a medium. The medium was too tight around my waist so neither size worked. I tried to return the medium but the return was rejected. You are only allowed one prepaid return label/ item. It cost me $26 to return the second vest. I later learned, if I had returned the first vest, not exchanged, and ordered the second independently. I could have returned at no cost. I was disappointed with this policy. Hence the poor review. Thought I would let others know NOT to exchange because if the item doesn't work you ll have to pay postage to return.”

“Sock sizing was way off and they are way too big despite following the size chart. The return policy is not friendly and doesn't allow for returns/exchanges of socks for any reason, even if they have not been worn.”

“We did not receive the wall outlet plug for this jacket. we did get the power cord so I use my plug with it. ORORO#1025351 Can we get a new plug for her jacket Philip Kelly pmkuga@comcast.net”

“Works great. Had some issues with purchase clarity. Got the vest no battery. Missed the memo on vest only hence low price. Understand you are being given options for clothing so you can swap batteries between items. Once you buy the battery you should be all set. Also know that while the largest newest battery i bought comes with a built in short charging cable you need a brick to plug in. (I did not own one, kids took them all) so you may need to buy a corresponding plug to charge the cord. 4 stars because they should include one for the price in my opinion. Even toys cone with them great products don't chince.”

“Unfortunately the Anchorage Unisex Heated Insulated Gloves that I purchased as a gift for my husband are too small. I ordered a Large despite the fact that he measured as a Medium. He had tried two friend's gloves in a Medium and a Large and the Large was a better fit. In addition, all the ski gloves he tried in the ski stores that fit were large. Unfortunately, I was so confident that the Large was going to fit that I went and bought them on Final Sale. Customer support has been so very helpful and they are agreeing to give a store credit for a return, minus a $10 shippping fee. So, beware, do not buy Final Sale unless you are absolutely certain of the item. I thought I was and was fooled.”
