“I ordered one of the 7 Zone heated vests for my wife as an early Christmas gift last fall. She has circulation issues, causing her to feel chilly even on 75+ degree days, so you can guess how tough things are for her in the northeast US. She also spends all day on her feet in a physical therapy clinic, leading to a frequent stiff and aching back. While the company is understandably very clear that these are not ad-hoc medical devices, my wife loves her vest for both keeping her warm, regardless of the time of year, and for taking the edge off of her common aches and pains. So far, her vest and the batteries have held up exceptionally well after 6 months of daily use. We recommend Ororo to anyone interested.”

“This has made such a difference in cold winter days when I’d be inclined to turn up the heat. All I have to do is touch the button and I’m immediately warm. I love my ororo vest! I’m thinking about buying a backup battery for longer wear times.”

“It worked rather well and extremely cold weather, but wasn’t quite as warm as I thought it would be. I felt the warmth going up on the chairlift more than I did when standing in the lobby. Next year, I will use it even more thank you.”

“I am 5'2" and find that the women's jackets and vests are contoured so that the narrow part of the waist is too low and tight on me. The XS mens vest fits perfectly.”

“Jackets are comfortable at best. Zippers are garbage bought 5 jackets this year for the family and all 5 have either caught the inside and tore it or just completely broke off. Money is spent better elsewhere.”

“One battery quit working on the third use. I called customer service and was told that maybe it was the sock, not the batteries, and that I should assess again. It was not the socks because the sock worked fine with the working battery. Then the second battery quit working. The customer service staff person was pleasant, there was just no suggested resolution. Now I'm stuck with an expensive pair of socks that do not work.”
