the zipper broke after a month of use

The gloves heat my palms well, but not my fingers. They are 2xl but I can barely fit into them. They are not what I expected. I gave them to my son to wear. Went back to my previous heated gloves.

Ordered a replacement battery. The original lasted three years with a lot of using. Shipping was great.

Luke from customer service was awesome! I had a small issue with my jacket and they replaced it with no trouble at all. Would definatley recommend Ororo for great procducts and customer service.

I LOVE my heated jacket. It is a SERIOUSLY WARM coat without the heat. I LIVE the heat also. I wish I’d had this coat when I lived in KCMO 20 years. I was so miserable!! I am 5’7” and around 130lbs. I do have broad shoulders and long arms but otherwise I’m fairly thin. I bought a medium but had to exchange it for a large. The large is a tad too big. I’m keeping it now as I’d rather be able to layer a sweater underneath. The medium was too tight in the shoulders. Yesterday I wore it on my walk with the heat. Love, love, love. My only issue is that because it’s a little big on me it get a tad drafty from underneath. All in all it’s a 10!! The staff were SUPER patient with me while I returned and reordered while I was still traveling and needed it shipped after a certain date. Wonderful company and wonderful service and product. I will order a vest next!!!!!!!! 🩷

Not only are their products awesome the customer service it too. I purchased 4 vests at the Westminster dog show. It was so busy with customers walking in and out of the booth, trying on the merchandise and yet I had individual attention. One battery wasn't included in my bag...no worries...I sent an email and the missing battery wasn't in my mailbox within a week!!! I can't wait to see what the fall/winter jackets look like! Already told my husband I want another for Christmas 2026!!!

The heated sweatshirt was perfect for my 96 year old husband who is always cold. This heated shirt kept him warm all through this last unusually frigid winter. It was a loving gift from his son and very much appreciated.

The vests themselves are delightful. The batteries, however, are not. One brand new battery I received needed 24 hours to charge the first time and lasted less than 3 hours. The vests are so nice for warming my core on cold days, inside or outside. But the batteries have been a huge disappointment.

Love the new coat. I now have two coats, two vests and two stadium seats. Oh, and several batteries so I’m never without power. When I walked through a metal detector at a football game, I was asked if I had any magnetic items on me. No, just six batteries. 😆

The hoody is a great fit (child XL) - also own 3 adult sizes. However, the heating in the child's jacket does not seem as warm as the adult. I frequently check the battery and/or the front coils to see if they are working. Odd, as I often shut off the adult when it feels TOO warm!
