“I love these vest! I originally had my first fest for my nephew’s hockey games. However, last few years have been really cold at work and they are perfect item to be able to take on and off. As a result, several other staff have bought the vest as well. I’m wearing it today at a cold swim meet! My only complaint is my new vest is a little tricky with a zipper sometimes.”

“The jacket is beautiful. I get lots of compliments. My only complaint is the heat isn't as warm as I had hoped it would be. I've had other heated jackets that I feel was a higher heat.. otherwise I do love the jacket and happy it's waterproof.”

“My wife bought me a heated vest for Christmas in 2022. In November of this year the ON/OFF switch stopped functioning. I called ORORO customer service. They looked up the order my wife placed based on her email address in their system. I sent them pictures of the garmet. They sent me a brand new one. All I had to do is pay a $10 shipping fee. This Ladies & Gentlemen is what is called great customer service. I would recommend buying their products.”
