“As much as I love my coat & vest, I would never order from the sale/outlet again. I clicked on an item & was sent a different jacket. The return option would have cost me more than ordering the fleece jacket at full price. So I moved on to Weston.”

“The zippered pocket broke after a few times wearing the jacket and customer service never responded to my many inquiries very disappointed me and mine won't be returning customers”

“Very helpful. Even though I had purchased a non returnable item, they graciously agreed to exchange it for a different size. My only additional cost was one way shipping. I'm looking forward to using my new heated vest in the coming week. For the moment their service has been great. No complaints!”

“The items I purchased (socks and pouch) work very well as advertised. One word of caution the socks run large. I am a size 11.5 and the large socks are longer (toe to heel) than I would like. ALSO SOCKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.”

“Love my new Purple Ororo. The quality is wonderful. Wish I had ordered a size smaller, this one fits bigger than the black ones I have. Encouraged friends to get an Ororo vest they are terrific! Iwear one of my vests every day all day.”

“Barely any heat produced for Scarf, avoid these products. Gloves, never made a finger warm at all. No Support for warranty claim, check gloves the moment you get them, only have a 30 day warranty. brand new gloves pruchased in August, opened box in January brand new, no heat but light would turn on- company said low to little heat is normal and wouldnt admit my gloves were broken. was offered 20 bucks off to buy a new pair, no thank you.”
