“I bought a very basic vest and loved it so much I bought a more expensive vest in down with more heat. I love the vest for the most part, but the zipper which is very different than my first vest, gets stuck constantly. I still love it and it keeps me cozy but it was a lot of $$$ for a sticky zipper.”

“This latest purchase was another of the many Ororo vests I have given to family and friends. I haven't often given such generous presents but to be able to give someone the remarkable gift of warmth feels like a privilege to me. I wear my Ororo vest almost consatntly in the winter and take it year round when I might find myself cold (airplane travel, for example). As we age, we seem to feel the cold more often. These vests are warming friends (and their hearts!) across this beautiful country. Thank you for making such a great product!!”

“Lovely ladies jacket. Really keeps me warm! I now own two! Customer service is excellent, as i had a problem with the heating element in my first jacket, and it was replaced. My only expense was for shipping! THANK YOU Ororo.”

“My first heated ski gloves. I’m still getting used to them. I may wish I ordered a bigger pair since I feel the length to my wrist seems short and I would like more room at my cuff since the battery takes up some space as does my clothing layers and watch. The heat part is just fine for me. So nice to just turn on some heat on the chairlift as needed. Would have liked the batteries to be on USB-C. Maybe the company would consider changing to USB-C since most are going that way.”
