“I am so happy with my heated vest. It was so cold this winter I wore it in the house sometimes. And it was a warm welcome to wear it on my walks outdoors.”

“The Ororo Heated Socks are amazing! Perfect heat distribution, as well as battery life and ease of operation. I do wish, however, they could be app-operated. I own an Ororo heated vest as well as heated gloves which equally work amazing! Great products.”

“It worked well until the battery died and would not charge after about 5 wearings. I ordered a new battery which works, but It drains very quickly if left connected.”

“My jacket's battery did not charge. After an exchange of about 10 emails and photos, videos etc. I finally sent back the battery. Miind you, this was at the coldest season of the year. A new battery was sent, same thing!!!!!! We decided it was time to stop wasting time and return the vest/battery. They had the nerve to stipulate that I needed to return the charger, even though I did return it and did not get one back. i am very frustrated, I never got to fully use the jacket and have an very negative opinion on the absurd customer service dept. Shameful.....”

“It’s a nice jacket, for sure. The heaters work great (still wish there was a heater on the lower back. The sizing is a little tighter than I like. The front zipper is not robust, as it was in my heated vest, purchased a long time ago). The battery-pocket zippers are awkward to access (somehow hard to locate, too); I’m not sure why they are on the outside of the jacket. But the jacket does keep me warm. I wish it wasn’t black, as I really like colour.”

“Not impressed. Battery life much shorted than advertised and one of the glove battery runs out much quicker than the other. Only positive is the gloves do keep hands warm.”

“Gloves are ok, uses a lot of battery and in extreme cold at end of battery charge dosent seem to be as warm and sizing is way smaller than normal gloves”

“I love my Ororo vest and get so many (envious) compliments on a cold morning at work! Excellent quality, and style. I’m 5’6” and 130lbs and the small is a good snug fit for me. The reason for 4 stars is the price is a bit high for a vest and the battery doesnt last as long as advertised. Overall tho, I love it!”

“i bought 2 merino wool t -shirts that are light weight and easy to pack for traveling. They do not pick up oder and can be worned more than once before washing.These shirts dry fast after washing them.”
