“The vest is warm and comfortable. I only ever use it on the lowest heat setting, it truly provides enough warmth and the battery lasts all day. I wish the battery was smaller and in a different location.”

“I love the quilted vest that I got, especially the warming zone around the neck! Keeps me so toasty warm. My only complaint is that the batteries don’t come with a charging block. My Apple charging blocks don’t work to fully charge the batteries and neither do other random charging blocks. Luckily my spouse had gotten a vest about a year ago, which did come with a charging blocks, so at least we have that. Apparently Android based charging blocks work according to my nephew, to whom I gifted a vest before I realized he might not be able to charge it. This seems like an issue that should be addressed”

Regarding the charging block, since many customers already have compatible chargers at home, we no longer include one in the package as part of our effort to reduce waste. You can use an existing compatible charging block to charge the batteries. Thanks again for your understanding and choosing ororo.

“I've purchased vests for just about every member of my family - except myself. I finally got my own vest and I absolutely love it! In fact, sometimes I'm too warm (which is OK by me). I should never have waited so long to buy a heated Ororo vest. My only "issue" is that the battery sits right at my hip bone making it a tad tighter. I'd like the battery to be a bit higher, closer to the waist. Not a complaint, just for consideration .”

“The quality is excellent and feels like a luxury to have a heated jacket! Loving it for dog walks or just heating up before getting in a cold car. I just wish the jacket with was about an inch longer. I have a short torso and still feels just a tad short but will totally buy more from Ororo”

“I ordered a medium zip up sweatshirt. I am 5'10". The sweatshirt fit me well around my torso, but the arms were too short by several inches. I don't want to size up to a large, b/c then the torso part would be too baggy, and it would not feel warm against my body. Bummer. Maybe if you're tall, consider just getting a vest or something without sleeves.”

“The heated lines are OK hey aren't great they aren't terrible I like them better than heated gloves from ororo - they have flaws - the inside layer tries hard to push your fingers out/back - you constantly have to pull them down - it is annoying but what is really annoying is the heating system - despitebatteries being fully charged you set red 3 bars automatically goes to two bars but the most annoying is heat color changes "on its own" - you look down and it is white or blue or off - if this is the result of actually working outside then the designo of the on-off system is flawed - you have some but not much dexterity with them...despite the flaws they are better than anything else I have tried”
