“Compared to other dog coats that I have, very poor quality. The coat ripped within 5mins. Ororo should look at improving the durability of the coat.”

“The heated best I bought this Winter was a life saver for me! One of our grandsons is. Nordic skier and watching him race makes my heart swell. The 7 zone heated vest was AWESOME!!”

“The vests are very nice, although some of the batteries (which are pricey) fail shortly after warranty end. The short sleeve wool under-layer shirts for "women" are not cut for women but seem to be re-sized men's shirts. Armscye shape is wrong; folds & puckers instead of shaped for bust. But the fabric is lovely, they are warm, colors hold fast, and they're thin enough that puckers & folds don't cause weird lumps under other clothes.”

“I have a heated vest that I wear when I volunteer at an outside mobile pantry that keeps me nice and warm without the bulk. I also bought an extra battery so it’s always charged up!”

“Absolutely top notch Customer Service. You pay more for the brandname but they stick by there products. I had a vest that stopped heating out of the blue and was having battery issues so the vest wouldn’t heat. I contacted Customer Service and told them what was going on and a few weeks later here came a brand new vest. I would highly recommend buying Ororo products and some knock off brands. Thank you to everyone that was involved in rectifying this issue.”

“The warmest jacket I’ve ever owned, and that’s without even having to use the heated segment of the jacket ! Great insulation & great windbreak. Withstands our harsh climate here in Newfoundland. Well worth the money !”

“The jackets which our sons bought for us in celebrationm of our 67th wedding anniversary have been life changing. The warmth provided by our jackets on those cold days while we walked in Central Park (NYC) made our daily walks bearable.”

“I was sent the wrong jacket size. The mistake was Ororo’s. I bought an XL and was sent a L. Going through customer service was way more difficult then it should have been. The compensation for all the hassle was for a $25 gift certificate to Ororo that is not enough to purchase anything without me having to pay out of pocket as well. After all that the jacket does not get as warm as expected.”
