“I love the vest. It wasn't heating in one area of one of the zones, and when I inquired about it, Ororo provided a prepaid shipping label to return it, and as soon as I dropped it off at the post office, the Ororo rep placed an order for a replacement to ship to me. Excellent service.”

“I purchased a bunch of items to get through the eastern shore waterfowl season. I ordered: Men’s small gloves, socks, heated cushion, and the hand warmer. I’m a woman who wears women’s large gloves. The men’s small are way too tight. The design of having the battery pack on your wrist is not a great location. The batteries are bulky and you feel the pressure on your wrists. Because of the location of the batteries it’s also really difficult to get your hands in and out of the gloves. I should have returned the gloves and gotten a larger size, and I wonder what the feel would be like then. The seat cushions were nice to have although my vehicles provide better warmth than the cushions. I wish they were hotter. There must be a setting that turns it off after so long also so it was hard to tell it was really working. The socks also have batteries that are much pokier compared to other brands. Because they are so bulky, you better make sure that your legs fit into your boots. I was wearing knee-high boots, and having bulky batteries was uncomfortable. I believe the socks may be made out of Marino wool however, in 10° weather, my feet were still cold. I ended up using ducks Unlimited wool socks on top of the electric socks. That worked well, but I also used my husband’s boots in order to fit that much sock inside. The hand warmer satchel was my favorite product. Having to have my hands in and out for water fowl was the best product. Initially I felt it also wasn’t warm enough but overall it worked great and the battery life was good. The sock battery life is also pretty decent. Otherwise, every single piece has its own battery, which is annoying, remembering which battery goes to which piece of equipment. They of course made every battery slightly different so you could not use Them interchangeably which stinks. Obviously a way to may more money but annoying for the customers. I gave only three stars, as I think there is still quite a bit of improvement that can be done here and I wanted to leave a review that would be helpful.”

Once I shared the return tracking number, she promptly arranged the replacement shipment without delay — which showed genuine trust and respect for the customer. And the heated fleece vest from Ororo itself is an excellent product — well designed and very comfortable.”

“My jacket and my wife’s jacket are both great. Really pleased with them. They provide enough warmth to be comfortable. The only problem is with my wife’s jacket is the battery doesn’t last nearly as long as the battery in my jacket. We let it fully charge every time but apparently it is defective. “This was a gift to my husband of a heated Ororo vest. At first, he wasn’t sure it was a fit for him. Now he won’t sleep (SERIOUSLY) without it! Wish I had gotten the stronger battery with it initially and now he is set! Thanks SO MUCH for you great customer service!”

“I absolutely love my heated vest and wear it almost daily for my walks with my dog in Michigan. That being said, I had 2 issues which is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5. Issues: my sister and I each bought one. Hers came with a battery charger head, mine did not so I had to order one (extra expense) - I called customer service- they gave a lame excuse. 2nd issue, my sisters vest stitching came undone very soon after purchase which had to be hand repaired.”

“I ordered Kyoto Women's colorprint heated lightweight gloves for my wife for Christmas. The ordering process went very smooth & the product arrived on time. Upon my wife opening the gloves xmas day, she charged the battery and attempted to insert the battery pack into the gloves, however, the battery pack did not fit into the pouch on the gloves. We tried everything, did some additional research to determine this was a common problem, and despit wanting to keep them, she decided we'd return them. The return process also went smoothly. I have other ororo products that I use for hunting that I am pleased with, which is why I chose to order the gloves there as well. Unfortunately, it didn't work out this time.”

“This is the only company I will deal with for heated apparel. I already have at least 6 vest a coat and a hooded sweatshirt. I have tried other brands and have returned them all. I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased from this company. I definitely give it 5 stars if not more!! You won’t be wrong in ordering from them!”

“I've tried two other heated jackets over the last few months and been very disappointed in both. Finally gave Ororo a try and am very pleased. Tried it our for the first time during a round of NW Winter golf. Kept me plenty warm on the medium setting and did not restrict my swing movements at all.... Highly recommend...”
