“The vest I bought is a life saver on the golf course during the winter months. My only disappointment is the battery life. It typically won't last a full round of 18 holes, but yet it takes several hours to recharge. Just wish the battery lasted as long as it takes to recharge it.”

“I love this coat! I wear it under a shell when I go skiing, and I wear it alone when I'm running around Chicago. The ability to turn on either the sleeves or the core is awesome!”

“I purchased a heated vest, but when it arrived it didn’t fit. I initiated a return for what I thought included both the battery and the vest. A few days later, I noticed only the battery had been refunded. Frustrated, I contacted customer service. By the next afternoon, I received an email confirming that the refund for the vest had also been processed. I appreciate how quickly they resolved the issue and would definitely purchase from them again.”

“Great customer service was received as they supported my attempts to troubleshoot a jacket that does not work any longer. They graciously provided a $20 credit to Ororo for myinconvenience even though my jacket was beyond it's warranty.”

“The heated gloves are no where near warm enough to be used for skiing when temperatures are below 20 degrees F. The heating elements work but there is not enough insulation to keep my hands warm. Also the sizing runs very small. On the positive side my heated vest is Excellent”

“I returned this electric vest because the front elements did not work. Even the back elements did not emit enough heat to keep that area warm. Also, there should be an element at the small of the back.”

“I had to take one star away due to the fact that they are a little difficult under many layers...it is hard to put them on and you cannot put them over the layers. However, they do keep your feet warm, are easy to charge and helpful.”

“I bought this heated vest for my daughter who is a trama nurse in and ER. She has to go outside to the ambulance bay to transport patients to and from the hospital. They are not allowed to wear their coats and can only wear a vest. The heated vest has been a life saver for her. She has commented on how she is able to stay warm all the time now even with the single digit weather. Many of the other nurses have also purchased the same vests based on my daoughters comments. Keep up the great quality you make and thanks for keeping my daughter warm.”
