“I never received the 2 items I ordered, something happened where shipping label was created but it was never picked up. Still holding out hope I get it but since I ordered off the clearance and they were two items that were open box I bet they just cancel my order instead of doing right and giving me a brand new item of what I ordered. I reached out to customer service and they got back but after confirming my address I have yet to hear back again. Ive had good experiences in the past but this was not one of them, still hoping they make it right”

“Bought my wife this Ororo jacket for when she is watching my grandson play Ice Hockey. She finds it to be a good quality jacket that keeps her cosy and warm. She also finds it good as an excellent jacket for every day wear even when not using the heating function it still keeps the chill at bay. Thank you Ororo, happy wife happy life. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“My husband loves the jacket. However, the front zipper keeps getting stuck so he is reluctant to use the pocket. I picked the jacket for that feature.”

“I love my new vest - cozy and warm and attractive. My daughter's house in Montreal is always COLD, but I will be fine this Christmas wearing my vest. I do wish that the charge lasted longer.”

“My daughter lives in Minnesota in extreme cold & loves her long heated vest that I purchased for an early Christmas gift for her. She wears it daily to work & when going outside anywhere. She was so happy with it, I bought her another for Christmas! This is one year that she is so happy with her gifts & I am thrilled that she is warm!!”

“Ordered on November 21st. Never got delivered by Dec 5th. Finally got an email saying delivery was lost so they were sending a new one and gave me a new tracking number. That tracking number turned out to be for the original order. Finally got the jacket on Dec 8th. Hey, at least it finally made it after multiple emails and 2 attempts at shopping it.”

“This vest is so key for someone who is cold much of the time, a lives in a northern climate. Warms are the key parts: Pockets Back between the shoulder blades up to collar. Perfect!! And even without the battery on it’s quite warm.”

“For it being a down a jacket it isn’t very warm at all. Then it stays on high a lot longer then any of my other jackets n vest do which makes the battery die quicker.”

“I bought a vest for my boyfriend two years ago, and decided this year to get them for my whole family. It was time to get one for myself, too! This vest is beautiful, quality, and toasty warm! I made a couple of mistakes when ordering, and the customer service folks couldn't have been more efficient or attentive. All around great experience working with Ororo!”
