“The leather Boise gloves are made beautify. However the sizing is very small and the sizing chart on the website is off by two sizes for me. I normally wear size small gloves. Using the chart size medium should have been more than large enough. After a month long effort I finally was able to exchange the medium size gloves for size large. The large gloves are barely large enough for my size small hands. Great product - terrible sizing chart.”

“The zipper pull on the vest I purchased recently broke off within 2 days. I contacted customer support and was offered a small refund if I had the repair done locally by my custom tailor. I accepted the offer and was able get the repair done. When I altered customer support that repair was completed I inquired about further assistance under the 90 warranty period should anything else concerning the vest needed to be repaired. I was told figuratively that I had one " bite at the apple" and the vest was no longer covered under the warranty. This was followed by a number of emails in which I said that this answer made no sense. Customer support responded to all of my emails with a stock answer " we are very sorry for your inconvenience but nothing further could be done and that if I needed further assistance please contact us" Had I known that further repairs would not be covered I would have shipped the vest back to ororowear requesting a full refund. But now that I have read other customer reviews apparently favorable customer service is not a high priority to the company.”

“I purchased a heated vest from Ororo. It doesn't heat at all. I was looking forward to it, but was greatly disappointed. I attend dog shows every weekend and the buildings are always very cold. After talking with so many of my friends that have one, I decided I would get one also.”

“Love the look of the vest and already feels warm without activating the heating elements of the vest! I am a taller person (6'4") and got the large tall and extends just past my waist (apparently I don't have a long torso) but fits great. Plan to use for cold weather football games as well as coaching track and field in cold Wisconsin spring seasons.”

“The vests are so helpful and comfortable when trying to keep the heat low, but also trying to stay comfortable throughout the workday! In fact it was so good I knew right away I needed to get one for my spouse since she is always cold.”

“Very good quality. Heating elements do the job advertised. I wear my jacket for golf. The small battery doesn't last 18 holes which is typically 4 hours. I purchased an additional battery. Problem solved.”
