“Sock sizing was way off and they are way too big despite following the size chart. The return policy is not friendly and doesn't allow for returns/exchanges of socks for any reason, even if they have not been worn.”

“We did not receive the wall outlet plug for this jacket. we did get the power cord so I use my plug with it. ORORO#1025351 Can we get a new plug for her jacket Philip Kelly pmkuga@comcast.net”

A charging cable is still provided, so you can use any standard USB wall adapter you already have. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team. “Works great. Had some issues with purchase clarity. Got the vest no battery. Missed the memo on vest only hence low price. Understand you are being given options for clothing so you can swap batteries between items. Once you buy the battery you should be all set. Also know that while the largest newest battery i bought comes with a built in short charging cable you need a brick to plug in. (I did not own one, kids took them all) so you may need to buy a corresponding plug to charge the cord. 4 stars because they should include one for the price in my opinion. Even toys cone with them great products don't chince.”

“Unfortunately the Anchorage Unisex Heated Insulated Gloves that I purchased as a gift for my husband are too small. I ordered a Large despite the fact that he measured as a Medium. He had tried two friend's gloves in a Medium and a Large and the Large was a better fit. In addition, all the ski gloves he tried in the ski stores that fit were large. Unfortunately, I was so confident that the Large was going to fit that I went and bought them on Final Sale. Customer support has been so very helpful and they are agreeing to give a store credit for a return, minus a $10 shippping fee. So, beware, do not buy Final Sale unless you are absolutely certain of the item. I thought I was and was fooled.”

“Absolutely ridiculous that you make the batteries a unique type and this is not advertised well. They should be compatible with normal battery packs. I will be actively recommending against this brand.”

“Love my hooded fleece jacket. It is my go to for hanging around the house or wearing under my winter jacket on the really cold days. The battery lasts all day and recharges quickly. Super comfy and looks great - definitely will buy again for my sisters birthday!”

“I love the vest. One thing to note is the weight and bulkiness of the battery. It makes the vest a bit tighter so you might consider ordering a size up especially if you are going to wear bulky clothing underneath.”

“I have a pair of heated pants and a heated hoodie. The pants work well, but the seams are very low quality. They are already coming apart in several places aft about 3 months of use. The hoodie seems more durable, but I wish the heating zones were spread out a little more.”
