I was not happy to receive a Womens large instead of a Men's large and the crocs were not even close to a size 8. They were also short on my daughter who wears a 7

I purchased a closeout heated vest. I changed the color and inadvertently changed the size. My wife is a medium and not an XL. Since returns on closeouts are not possible, we are stuck with a vest that does not fit anyone. My fault for not double checking the order but I wasted money.

Batteries are archaic. They are heavy, do not last long, and take 6-8 hours to recharge. Oddly, when I go to recharge them I have to try multiple outlets before landing on one that works. One day they work in a certain outlet, then the next day they don't work in that outlet, then another day they do work in that outlet. I don't have this problem recharging any of my other devices. All of these problems apply to the batteries for both my gloves and zip-up.

From what you described, this is often related to the charging setup rather than the batteries themselves, especially if both your gloves and jacket batteries behave the same way. Using a low-power or unstable outlet/charger can cause long charging times or inconsistent charging. Quality, durable workmanship & materials. Battery life is very good for what these are (basically, resistance heat for the body). I own 2 different Ororo garments and both have excelled for winter golf.

I have 3 ororo pieces, and I love them, when they work! The battery life is not what is advertised! They say 10 hours, NOT EVEN CLOSE! Maybe 1.5-2! I also bought the water resistant gloves, 2XL and they aren’t very big, and in fact most of their stuff runs a tad bit smaller than I’m used to, but it’s fine. All in all, when they work, they are FANTASTIC, but the batteries aren’t very good and don’t perform as advertised!

Runs very small, heavy battery - not like winter jackets- wish I could return but I cut the tag early on. I love winter jackets- this fleece was a disappointment.

Quite simply as I stated in the last survey Ororowear sent me, I have not received the product I paid for. I am not talking about an incorrect product, I have not received anything but surveys. As I have not received the item I paid for, and I have only received surveys instead of an updated status on where my product is, and the only acknowledgement from Ororowear that I have not received the product was a statement the the company understands how it can be confusing receiving a survey request before I receive what I paid for, my review is one star. Please note that this is the second item ordered by my family that has had delivery issues. I also suggest that your company does not send me any kind of message saying it does not have control of delivery.

True to size. Liner doesn’t close well; Velcro closure can be challenging to approximate when closing. If the closure was a zipper or buttons the liner would be excellent.

I was given the fleece jacket for Christmas from my wife. I haven't taken it off for weeks. Not only is it warm when the battery is in use, it's great inside as well without the battey pack on.

I was disappointed in the mittens not warming my hands enough and the battery runs out fast. They help but not nearly enough for the price I paid for them. Overall disappointing
