“The primaloft golf vest is too big. Since it is clearance, it cannot be returned. The frustrating part is that I emailed ororo twice, gave the exact size and model of the vest I already own, and asked for size recommendation. I recieved two AI generated responses (maybe a person could have done a better job) that clearly are both wrong. Now, I am stuck with this vest. I like the products, I also have gloves.”

“Ordered a replacement battery pack with charging cord. Everything went smoothly until the suggested sale I that I declined was also added and charged to me - however, I reached out to customer service and they were able to get the issue resolved and my account credited in a timely manner.”

“I bought my wife one of your winter jackets and the battery that came with it would not hold a charge. I sent back the battery and your people sent me a new one back within a week. It holds a long charge now. My wife is very happy 😊! Thank you!”

“This coat replaced EVERY winter coat that I own. I have purchased an extended life battery as well so that one battery is charged for emergencies. The coat feels terrific, and is actually warm even if the battery is not in use. Plus it looks like a ski jacket which is to say - it looks cool.”

“I really like the heated mittens. The only con is that one of the batteries runs out before the other one. I was hoping they would last two mornings on a charge, but I have to charge them both overnight for cold days. I like the smaller batteries that come with the mittens now vs the ones that are in my wife's mittens that we bought a few years ago.”

“I love my heated vest so much. I have tried a few versions, and while I ultimately decided on the fleece version for comfort (the other products make way too much swishy noise), the fleece does not provide as much acute heat as the other products do. I have had a few issues with the battery pack supplied with the jacket, however I also bought a secondary one which works much better. The battery takes much longer to charge than the pack actually lasts (at high heat), so I recommend having multiple batteries for long term/all day use. I recommend to anyone with chronic pain or an autoimmune condition.”

“I love these vests. Have a medical condition that I am cold ALWAYS. Have 5 vests for different occasions. Everywhere I go people notice the light and ask about it and I rant and rave about how these vests help me. As new styles will be coming out I will be buying more! Feel like I'm a walking advertisement for Ororo!”
