I bought an Ororo coat to keep me warm on the train platform for my daily commute during the winter season. It did a great job at that. I bought another one, this for my wife with a bit of fur around the collar, for this past Christmas. She loves it. Now that I'm retired and not out on the train platform at 5:30 am, I use my coat for dog walking when it's cold and for going to ice hockey games. My wife does likewise, and for outdoor trips to go shoping or to the games with me. We are very satisfied with our Ororo coats and would recommend them to others.

It is comfortable and warm. It doesn’t take long to recharge the batteries. The coat is warm when it isn’t really cold so you don’t need the batteries also.I bought one for myself and one for my adult son. Thanks.

I had to return a pair of heated gloves from medium to large. It couldn’t have been easier. I called customer service for the process, and they directed me on how to go about doing the return. Orono staff was polite friendly and very efficient. Thank you for the easy process.

Terribly disappointed in your return policy. My wife mistakenly purchased the wrong size and did not notice this until I opened my gift on Christmas Day. The next day, she asked to return and purchase the right size, but the representative said it was after the 30-day return period. So, now we are stuck with a XS vest that will never be used… Great product, but terrible customer support and service.

I have 3 Vest a Jacket Gloves and Socks. The value from Ororo is great. Build Qualiy is Great. Have had excellent customer support. Would reccomend 10+

I've had a great experience with Ororo. I absolutely love my Ororo vest. I wear it practically every day. The quilted vest is just the right weight to wear around the house or under a jacket. It was so worth it to buy the 2nd Ororo battery. This way I'm never without a charged battery!

We ordered two items: Women's Heated PrimaLoft® Golf Vest and Women's Heated Dual Control Jacket with 5 Heating Zones (Chest Heating). Vest not working, but jacket is. The new battery will not charge up beyond 1 bar even after 8 hrs. Battery printed spec says it takes 5 volts at 3 amps. Closest adaptar I have is 5 volts at 2.1 amps which worked with other jacket. I have had this happen with a new RC battery where it remained in the manufacturer's shelf too long. They slowly discharge beyond recovery. Will be calling customer service and provide an update to my review.

I received a deformed product. I can’t get my arm through the left sleeve. I sent photo images showing how the fabric inside the left arm sleeve is all tangled up. The jacket is unwearable for that reason. Given my demanding work and home life I just don’t have the precious time to go through the trouble to return an unwearable product that the company asked me to. So I guess I will have to eat the cost. Very disappointed!

Not sure what’s wrong with this company but I’m attempting to make a return of a vest I ordered at Christmas and no one in support is responding to my request nor is the automated return site recognizing my order and email. I’m beginning to think this company is a scam.

My wife and I both love our vests. Unfortunately, mine had a very small defect (inside pocket came unstitched). Luke and the Customer Service team were terrific working with me and offering several options. I ended up exchanging it, and am now back in business. I'm pleasantly surprised how much we both wear our vests indoors and outdoors with and without the heat. I highly recommend ororo.

Purchased for my 86 year old father who is ALWAYS cold ! He loves it ! Only issue is that the battery runs out when on high after about 4-5 hours and that the vest did not come with a power charger so I needed to give him my phone charger to use. Had to purchase an extra battery and a charger after the initial purchase .

Products have a luke warm output at best. Ororo falsely claims items are on sell then mysteriously drops prices lower than the sale right after you buy
