“Product was delivered on time without delays. Having three girls who are cold natured and a mother in law with the same attributes we have multiple products. This sweeter has fit the bill and exceeded expectations as did the previous products. Thank you.”

“The battery only lasted a few minutes after a full charge when we received it. I contacted customer service to return it and was told no returns. I was charged shipping fees to return the defective battery and received a replacement. I don’t think a customer should be charged shipping on your defective product.”

“Pants were fine. Experience with order ok. Pants were huge. Way bigger for the size they were. Of course no exchange or return on clearance items so I’m screwed. No smaller sizes for replacement anyway. Not happy with that part.”

“I bought my first heated vest from ORORO about 5 years ago and it still works like brand new. How ever it does not look brand new. I was a metal fabricator and I also have 40 acres that needs to be maintained so that vest has been through a lot of wear and tear. It has tears and rips in it, the battery pocket is almost torn off, the pockets have holes in them on the inside but it still gets warm when I turn it on. I bought this vest because of the size of the battery and where it was located ( small and out of the way when wearing it while working ). I bought this new vest to have something that looks good when I go out in public and I just need a light weight outer layer that I can turn on if I need the extra warmth. I had one of the same vests for the same reason but I gave it to a friend last winter because he needed it so this one is for replacing that one. ORORO makes great light weight heated outer wear so get yourself one and buy a friend or family member who gets cold easily one also. Both purchases will make you feel good.”

“Absolutely love this vest!!! I had bought one but shorter for a birthday gift and had to have one for myself. I wore it in February to early baseball games. Very comfy and warm even without the heating element but even more so with it!!! Highly recommend.”

“I love the beauty of the heated vest and has been so wonderful to have as I do work in the medical profession and often do air transport in cold weather. The vest is great to add heat without a lot of bulk. My husband's vest had an issue with a cord that was resolved quickly with an easy return. My zipper on my pocket of my vest has already broken though and I've never washed it.”

“I’ve had the ski jacket for several months and it was great on 2 ski trips along with a trip to Alaska. For the last trip I also bought a scarf, which worked out great. I also bought mittens, but they were too small. However, the exchange was easy, but they just arrived and it’s too warm to wear them. The only real complaint I have is that the batteries for the jacket are USB-C, but the scarf and mittens are USB mini’s.”

“Purchased the men’s heated softshell vest in medium (I’m 5’ 9” and 170 lbs) and it fits nicely, snug enough to layer under my larger shell but big enough for a sweater underneath. The vest heats quickly and the back zones kept me warm on the medium setting. I’ve used this under a rain shell for my son’s 2-hour baseball practices outside in the wet, cold and wind of the PNW without any issues. The battery charge lasted for 3 full practices on medium setting and could have done a little more but I recharged the battery because I didn’t want to be left in the wet coldness. Overall, this is my family’s 3rd Ororo purchase (wife and daughter both have the down vest) and the quality of the product, ease of use and long battery life are reasons I will not purchase cheaper imitations. I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and will add more to my collection.”
