“I placed my 3rd order last week, getting an early start on Christmas presents. The ordering was easy and fast, the confirmation came right away and the tracking info good. The package was delivered right to my apt. door and everything inside was perfect. I can count on Ororo to deliver quality clothing that I am proud to gift!”

“I have used an ororo heated vest for a year now. I liked it well enough that I bought a jacket with extra battery, plus I added the high capacity battery. Needless to say, I am hoping for a very cold winter.”

“I wore my hoodie for perhaps 4 years, warm all the time, literally took it out daily. Even patched the elbow after 3 years. It's super thick, very warm, surprisingly tough, and only at the end of YEARS of wearing it basically every day did the cord connecting the battery finally wear out. So I ordered another one and now I'll have two batteries for it, score. Best quality hoodie I've ever owned.”

“I just ordered so I haven't received the heated vest I ordered yet, but I can confirm their customer service is amazing! I was trying to use a discount code for a full price vest but it wasn't applying so they sent me a link for the vest plus the battery all in one listing (I was trying to buy them seperate before) and they sent me a 30% coupon and responded like immediately after I emailed! I can't wait to try the vest and I expect to buy more products in the future. :)”

“I am always cold! I love how quickly the jacket heats up. I'm nice and snuggle warm now when I feed the horses at 6AM on these chilly mornings. Especially love the heated pockets and neck.”

“The Ororo web site made it easy for me to navigate and find what I was looking for. The variety of choices, new arrivals, anniversary deals, and outlet pricing provided so much to choose from. I placed my order and the shipment arrived promptly and packed with care! Quality of Ororo clothing is first rate! My husband wears his Ororo constantly during the cold weather and never leaves the house without it. Every recipient we've given an Ororo jacket or vest to, has been beyond pleased with their gift! In our winter months here in Idaho, Ororo heated apparel is a total game changer!”

“Nice jacket but at least a size too small for a 3x. I usually have lots of extra room for layering in a 3x but this was more like a 2x with no extra room at all. My wife liked it and it fit her better so I gave it to her.”

“I like your products. Improvements should be made to your ordering system though. I accidentally ordered an extra battery. I had put a battery in the cart then realized I hadn't signed into my account. So I left the page and signed in and put another battery in the cart. I wasn't able to go back and correct the order. I should have been able to cancel or modify the order. Now I'm getting a battery I don't need.”

“I am a professional photographer who photographs a lot of sports. From August to Janurary I spend a LOT of time in cold hockey rinks. For the previous 10 years I've had to wear additional clothing (not very flexible) to at least not be frozen. My wife bought me the Ororo heated vest and it has been an absolute game changer. Even without it being turned on, the quality of the vest with the FELLEX insulation is top notch at retaining the body heat. The vest heating is very efficient and in conjunction with the FELLEX insulation, I typically only have to have the power turned on to low. At some point I would like to get the had warmer and pants to test. I would, and have recommended this to all my friends and I know many of them have become happy Ororo owners as well.”
