“I have a vest that is great. it's warm on it's own and very cozy when it's on. if youre only using it when youre chilly the battery can last all day, but it really depends on your temp setting. I like the size and placement of the pockets. In the next design iteration, it would be nice to have a haptic indication for what mode youre on. or move the light to the bottom of the vest or the inside of the collar. As it is now, the light is hard for the person wearing it to see and way too obvious for everyone else. You draw a lot of (unwanted, in my case) attention when the vest is on.”

“My wife has two vests and multiple batteries all have worked great. One vest started having problems, emailed Ororo they asked a few questions and got us taken car of right,quick and in a hurry. Thanks team.”

“I love my heated vest from your company which had been a gift last Christmas. I ordered a heated hoodie from you for my oldest grandson and my son in law for this Christmas. You offered me 30% off with a code that didn't work. Neither did the code for an extra $10 off. Very disappointed”

“I orderd a ORORO Mens 2xl Black FLEECE VEST Item number 2104-031-0107-OP. Instead the ORORO Warehouse sent me a Mens 2xl Black padded vest Item Number 2104-021-0107. Someone in the warehouse messed up. I want the vest that I ordered sent to me in exchange for the warehouse messed up.”

“We love your products and have ordered from you several times in the past. The only room for improvement on our end is consider having more ties to Alaska. It’s a pain to have things shipped to family in Pennsylvania and have them hold it until we come home because your company doesn’t ship to Alaska (arguably where people could use your products more).”

“Great Product but the heating coils keep breaking every two to three years. Because of that I now own two non-functional ones and one that works. I know they have a 3-year warranty, but who keeps receipts that long. It's almost like the heating system has planned obsolesents built in. I also recommend that the design would have an inside brest pocket. Again, great product, but the heating system needs to be more reliable. Keep your receipts.”
