“I love the product and have 2 coats already but something happened when ordering my sleeveless jackets that has never happened before on any site. I ordered 1 men’s red jacket and 1 ladies blue jacket. I distinctly remember ordering the blue under the picture of a lady. When the order was processed, the wording said I ordered 2 men’s jackets and these were outlet jackets and non refundable. Never knew I needed to be very careful when using your outlet site. I will not be ordering anything again from Ororowear.”

“I think you should think about your checkout process Hate going through shop to complete purchase Need to find a way to use multiple cards In my case I had a rewards card I wanted to use but could not because the transaction was more then my reward card was for and your system only will run 1 card Also customer service is not very helpful and is limited what they can do”

“Very good products, they work and perform as advertised; so the quality is first rate. New, popular colors are now being offered which is nice. They also get an A+ on customer service. They go way above and beyond whenever possible. I have purchased several items from Orono and will continue to do so.”

“Everyone in my family and extended family love our Ororo jackets. We just got our daughter the vest to wear for school. She immediately put it on and it fits her so well. The quality is exceptional, the battery lasts all day, and we love the look and feel of the jackets. Really well made!”

“I have a vest and thought I had lost my battery and I was sick. I love my vest so much so went to order a new battery and found a coat on sale. I can’t live without my vest so thought a coat would be a perfect addition. It heavy enough it will be so warm this winter. Thanks for making this product and making my life warm and happy.”

“For some reason my orders kept getting denied because of fraud but , once I emailed the company and explained and confirmed my address they sent product to me. I will order from them in the future.”
