“The quality of this heated vest is superb. Love the ability to pull in the bottom. Doesn’t look like a wide vest. It is warm and the gray color is beautiful.”

“First, I love my heated vest! It gets warm fast and I'm comfortable for hours. The battery is good quality. I needed a replacement because my original has been misplaced and the new battery was delivered within a week. Great products!”

“The size is much smaller than what they claim which makes the planned use very hard. I couldn't use my military discount it the other discounts that I received.”

“A wind and water resistant heated parka is a game changer! I also really appreciate how many zippered pockets there are and places to adjust the fit. The only con so far is that the front zipper can be difficult to line up so that it can be zipped.”

“I love my Ororo heated vest. It's way better than one I had before which was both too big for me (it did not come in an XS), and the battery was very bulky. This one fits well and has a long battery life.”

“I was Given a Christmasgift card to buy a new ororo vest from my son. It is great had to replace the battery but customer Service was great next time I would pay the extra for a Battery and not get an open box one But we have Several Ororo vests And we love them”

“Love the warmth & lightness of my fleece jacket. Do have an issue with the inside sleeves -- they are too narrow making it very-very difficult to put on with a long sleeve shirt.”

“I have a heated vest made out of 50.4% polyester, 45% cotton and 4.6% other fibers, so hopefully you can track it with the Lot# MVFXBT1110802727. Well, my original battery could no longer handle a charge, so I contacted you and was directed to purchase a replacement battery; model MINI 5K 2INR22/71, just in case you need to look it up!! Well, I fully charged it before using, like the directions said, and when it was turned-on, it turned itself off in about a min. So, I put it back on the charger and the 4 lights quickly lite up, so trying it again in the vest, it turned off in a shorter time frame, like seconds. Your product has been a great buy, but the key technology, battery-powered heat, doesn't work like the original. Thanks for allowing me to vent...”

“I love ororo products! I have couple appeals and use them constantly Customer service and customer support is excellent I will always recommend their products even if the new version of women vest is not as thick as the old one I purchased 2 years ago.”

“I have not had a chance to use my heated vest yet, but I am looking forward to wearing it when the weather turns cold again. The concept is genius. I was unable to use the first vest I ordered because it came without a battery. I was frustrated that I ordered a heated vest that was sold without a battery. To purchase the battery separately was signficantly more expensive than returning the first vest I ordered and buying another vest with a battery. By the time that arrived, the oold weather had passed. I would recommend adjusting your advertising to make it abundantly clear that your heated vest that is sold without a battery is only for people who already own a battery (which I imagine is an extremely small population).”
