“I like my heated vest. I bought it as opened package but it's in great condition so I would've thought it was brand new. I previously had a full heated jacket and the battery pack was in the back. This vest it's on the left side. I gave it 4 stars because it really bothers me that the battery pack literally sits right on my hip. I don't mind it being on the side because then it's not digging into your back when you're sitting, I just really wish it was higher up on the vest side. Like the middle of the left side would be perfect. You can still get to the battery pack easily but then it's not sitting right on the hip.”

“The website is pretty good, although not the easiest to navigate when looking for the outlet items. Overall good in every other regard and prompt customer service if you have an issue. I will say the return policy is very strict and not the best. I own several Ororo products now and they all preform well. The fit is iffy depending on the product, but pretty accurate. Quality is top notch. I’ve never had any complaints. I would say it’s pricey, but you’re going to get a quality product that does what it says. It’s up to you to decide if it’s worth it”

“I couldn't love this jacket more. It fits great and is warm. We ride motorcycles quite a bit on chilly mornings, and it's perfect for that. I did have a little problem when I first tried it out. I used a 5v 20000 mAh battery, and it wouldn't work. So, my husband grabbed his 7v 25000mAh battery, and it worked just fine. I couldn't see anywhere in the instructions that a minimum battery needed to be used. That would be my only suggestion.”

“Ordered revised quilted vest. It was a great price but I guess you get what you pay for. I've had these vests for years and they STR the best usually. The one I received was so thin and flimsy and hardly heats up at all. So not gonna order from the outlet again. I hope the others at reboot ice are not that flimsy and heat up great like all my other ones.”

“I bought my husband a heated vest a while back, and he loves it so much I just bought one for my mom. The size ended up being a bit too small, and the customer service was phenemonal and I was able to immediately exchange it for a new one. She loves it and now my dad is asking for one for the holidays. :)”
