I purchased a Ororo vest for myself and my chronically cold husband. We layer up in the Wisconsin winter and my vest will be a welcome addition to my arsenal for the morning dog walk, afternoon dog walk and evening dog walk, you get it when out in nature for Fraser's necessary constitutional and mine. I am hoping that the my husband will enjoy his vest during curling and his year round bicycling obsession. Thanks Ororo!

The fleece woman’s vests are nice. Only problem is that they no longer come with chargers. I’ve bought several items in the past and they all had chargers. These are gifts and now I’ve got to find chargers.

Ordered two heated vests. Needed to return the one I bought for my wife due to size/fit. Purchased a replacement of a different size which fit perfectly. The vests work perfectly and are extremely comfortable in our Michigan November weather. We especially like the neck warming feature. The quality of each vest is exceptional as well as our experience with customer service

my order $630615 Dual Battery Charger and wires look to have been in a moldy srltorage environment, strange green dust on it, not in a box. Wires are stiff and spotty essence dies not seem to wipe off... Aside from that the socks look new and other charger along with batteries seem to be good, so far (items have just arrived today.

Good morning I called to get help to order a new battery and charger and a extra battery and I was directed to do so on line. Very disappointed!! I was hoping to keep it simple and get it done but no that wasn't the case. Very disappointed and will look at other Vendors for further purchases.

I recently purchased your heated jacket, All works as it should EXCEPT that I'm not able to detect any heating at the right front chest zone. Heating on left side of chest and on back is evident but no heat at right chest position. What could be cause? How do you suggest that I might fix this without returning this garment? I bought heated mits for snowblowing because gloves ALWAYS left my finger tips freezing. I've not used my new mits yet (I'm in MI) but I have every confidence after charging them that I will be completed pleased with warm finger tips this winter.

First off, this is not a review of their products. Like almost all sites these days, they ask for a review right away before you even have a decent chance to use the product. What gives? Are most vendors afraid their product is of poor quality and will get a bad review? In this case, I have not even received my Ororo gear. Another per peave; why do vendors offer firat time buyers discounts, like Ororo offering 15%, when they will not honor it! Yes the first order may be on discounted items, but that is what brings most first time buyer in, to give the product a try! Ororo, and all other vendors, STOP; calling these a first time buyer discount is only creating public frustration, and at least for me, makes me wonder if I would ever buy from the company again. Sure I am not the only one that feels that way! Sorry to Ororo for having to endure a review which seems to be industry wide. But this last comment is specific to Ororo's site. Your product descriptions are incomplete! Every item should have a complete list of features and materials. I could not do a real comparison of the different models to make an educated decision on which best fits my needs, and which I would want to give a try. So, then call customer service which is courteous, hence the 2 stars not 1 star, but you cannot reach them when calling, must wait for a callback, and then, they have no more information than what you can get from the website, hence no real help.

I ordered a heated purple vest for my girlfriend and she is over the moon excited. She is very much so a ‘warm blooded’ creature and enjoyed her vest at home, in the yard, and especially in the colder aisles at the grocery store. The order and delivery process was seamless and the balue was good. Thank you.
