“Buyer Beware! The construction, quality, and customer service of these products is terrible. After wearing this garment for ~1-2 times per week for the past 3.5 months, the seams have begun to unravel. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that the warranty doesn’t cover “wear and tear.” A seam unraveling in a new garment is not wear and tear.”

“I love my Ororo stuff! I’ve had my vest for, I think, 4 years now and works just as good. I have purchased or have received as gifts, many more items and I love them all. Customer service was outstanding as well.”

“My girlfriend bought me an Ororo jacket for Christmas this year. I love it! I live in Minnesota and we get some of the coldest weather around. I wear my jacket for removing snow to going grocery shopping. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.”

“I purchased the Parker jacket and when o received it the battery would not hold a charge so I videoed it plugged in and they send me a replacement which still does not hold a charge. I would not recommend this brand when there are so many others that work”

“Ororo definitely came through. I ordered a heated sweater and the first one that was ‘delivered’, I did not receive. As frustrated as I was.. after speaking with customer service they generously sent out another package in which I did receive. The sweater itself is comfy and did justice for my husband who worked outdoors.”

“I apologize but I cannot write a review. The product I brought I sent to my brother and he retunred it as he did not wish it. I acquired your name from I man I worked with. What I can say was that it was very easy dealing with you on the return. I sent you an email about the item. Shortly after I received the return info. My brother put the item in the mail. The next day I received an acknowledgement that you had received it and the following day you informed me it had been credited to my account. Thank you! If I ever have a reason to buy this product again ororo will be teh company I go to.”

“The quality of the jacket is amazing. The jacket is warm without the heating. The jacket is a great motivator to walk my dog on very cold mornings. Personally I think the neck area is too hot, especially if you don't have a scarf or something protecting the neck area. I'd love/prefer the pockets to be warmer.”

“I recieved their jacket for Christmas, though it was defective. I was able to exchange it without any problems. Their customer service was great! And their heated Jacket is A-mazing!!! Just need a backup battery! 😊”
