I have bought three different kinds of vests a coat and a fleece. The only complaint I ever have is that the battery is so expensive.

Wonderful products, both my husband and I have the heated vests! We wore them to the last Buffalo BIlls game and they were a huge part of keeping us toasty warm! He does work from home and spends time at his desk, the vest - set on low - helps him stay comfortable during these coldest days. I highly recommend!

Ordered a medium heated vest and I received a large heated jacket. Not happy that I have to go through the return process and figure out how to fix the issue.

I ordered extra large gloves and the gloves I got are very tight. I believe they are like a large. I am not going to return them because they’re close enough, but I expected them to be a lot looser given that they are extra large as per your sizing chart.

return process is ridiculous. they need to review the return before sending you a return label. I do not see why they cannot process it without the emails asking why and if i am sure i want to return. :(

Literally the easiest warranty claim I've ever been though. Worked with me to get the jacket replaced quickly. Will recommend and purchase from again and again.

My wife bought me a heated vest last year for Christmas (2023) and I love it! So I bought this grey vest for her and we went skiing this weekend and it did not work. The jacket occasionally would flash red for a second (pre heating) but that was it. We could not turn it on or off, no power, the battery was fully charged and the connector was 100% in. I know we got a faulty vest. How do I return this one and get a new one? They are not cheap & we were very disappointed. Needless to say she froze bc it was 6 degrees skiing.

Love the products and l9ve your customer service. I had to do the exchange that is already past 30 days but because I bought it very early and by the time the gift was opened, it's already pass the timeliness. But the customer service was really helpful and help me with the exchanged and Ororo delivered the right size to replace it so quickly. Thank you.

Just be aware that when you order heated appearl from this company paying full price doesn't get you a complete and useful product. They leave it on you to find a way to charge your products after you purchase from them. Just bad business, I'll be returning mine for that very reason. Incomplete product.

Ordered on December 27th with a shipping range of 2-7 days, was expected to get here January sixth and now it’s pushed back to January ninth and it is 11° outside. Really disappointing, hoping the jacket is actually worth the wait

We purchased a coat for my elderly mother. I'm not sure what happened, but the charger was lost. I contacted customer service to purchase another charger. There was no response so I went looking and I thought I found the correct charger on the Orono website and ordered it. It was delivered promptly, but it was the wrong charger. It had a usb-c connection that you couldn't see on the photo. The coat I bought was not the same. I promply contacted Ororo to return, but had absolutely no response except to show me how to connect the charger to the coat. Obviously it wouldn't work because it was the wrong charger, but I felt like they were talking down to me and never sent authorization for the return. I have searched online now and have received a charger to use for much less money and they have not sent authorization for my return. I was considering another purchase, but not any more.

Very disappointed with Ororo customer service. We received heated socks for my wife size small which were way too big. They’re actually big for me and I wear a size 10 shoe. You can’t talk to a person when you call Ororo , only email correspondence. Turns out they have a no return policy. They waived that this time if I pay the shipping. Very poor for an inferior product. Tom W.
