“I'm extremely disappointed with Papier. Not only have my favorite designs disappeared, but even the actual paper layouts are gone too. And to make matters worse, the quality has taken a huge hit! I can understand updating designs or adjusting paper quality, but completely changing the layouts and removing key features? That’s just frustrating. I used to recommend Papier to friends, and we all loved it—but after my most recent purchases, as well as my friends' experiences, I think we’ll all be looking elsewhere. This isn’t just my opinion either; I’ve seen countless forums where others share the same disappointment. I know whoever is reading this isn’t responsible for these decisions, but I really hope this feedback reaches the right people. The changes have made the product unrecognizable, and unless the quality and layouts improve, I won’t be purchasing again.”

“I love my journal! The dot journal is perfect for book journaling and the design options for the books are beautiful. The personalisation is a nice touch. I expected that my package might take longer because of the personalisation but it didn’t! Within like 10 days it was with me and exactly what I wanted. Will 100% be purchasing from Papier again!!”

“The quality of my planner is amazing. But I was not a fan of the setup. It didn’t seem logical to me to have the agenda set up the way it is. It should go by month and not by calendar year, then month, then month goals, then the weekly. I feel like this should be consolidated and split by month, that way I don’t have to flip so many pages.”

“Gorgeous; the gold foiling is lovely! What really won me over was the customer service- my journal shipped timely however was lost in transit. I reached out and my problem was resolved quickly, efficiently, and shipped priority!”

“Overall loved the quality of the book, but the process was a bit difficult and tedious. I spent like an hour organizing my gallery with the pictures I wanted, once I selected the pictures it froze and deleted all of my progress within the Instagram app. I was so invested on making a book for my daughter I tried again, but this time I went to the website directly. I spent so much time again selecting pictures for the book once I realized I wanted some pictures at the beginning I tried to arrange them, somehow it deleted my progress again. I tried another time but this time I had an idea of the pictures I wanted right away and finished. I reviewed the pictures and the outcome of the book and made the purchase. Once I received the book, I loved it however the book was not complete it was missing some pictures but when I went back to check on the order the pictures matched which that’s not what I had ordered. I am not sure it it’s a system glitch or what but I felt crazy for a bit I didn’t request to return because the order matched, but I know that’s not what I had created. I was ok with the book but I wasn’t fully satisfied also spent so much time trying to make it. I really wouldn’t do it again.”

“I ordered a small, square hardback photo book for a friend’s birthday. The quality of approximately half the printed photos were poorer than my photos submitted. Many printed photos were dark or slightly out of focus. But, website was easy to navigate for constructing the book, and prompt delivery of the product.”
