“The quality of the album is very poor. I wouldn't pay more than £5 for it. The only reason you have 2 stars is because the customer service was quick and good. The agent was responsive, helpful and gave a good solution to my issue. But the actual quality of the product is sadly way below acceptable”

“The quality of the book was more than I expected. Our wedding book beautiful and the quality of the paper and pictures made it come alive. I will you this company again for the rest of our photos. Thank you for making quality book oks for reasonable prices. The turnaround time was fast.”

“Impressed with the standard of paper and image quality but the optional edits where there is prompts such as or “delete if you prefer l”where printed on our end product . Really took the shine off something nice Now maybe I should have taken more care but clearly the end user wouldn’t want these text in their product and think more attention to detail should be looked at .”

“I cannot rate Papier highly enough. I ordered save the dates and later wedding invitations. They were easy to design and add our photo to and quality was really good and delivered quickly. I made a mistake in the wedding invitations, my fault and they agreed to reprint which was an unbelievably kind gesture. I would highly recommend”

“First two orders I received had no backs to them. Third order I received had a back to it and the quality of the picture was terrible. Took about a month to get my items (regardless of express shipping) because of all the mistakes, and then was only reimbursed the shipping and a small part of my order. Was also told the new items would ship to me overnight and each time it took about a week. Really disappointed and will not be ordering or recommending again.”

“Since December I have ordered many times from Papier, I love this brand and the quality of the products is unmatched. My most recent order was for 3 x photobooks of my wedding, 2 of which were gifts for mothers day. Unfortuantely I got an email on the day they were due to be delivered saying there was a delay and I wouldn't recieve the order in time. I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded as I'd paid for express delivery & the customer service was great, they refunded the delivery and apologised for the inconvenience. Can't fault Papier at all, I wish more businesses operated the way they do!”

“We used Papier for our wedding album. I found the layouts really easy to use and loved what we put together. However on receipt the quality is very poor. The photos uploaded are a very high resolution, but the printing is streaky, grainy and dull. We spent £200+ so can’t afford to do it again with a different company. So disappointing.”

“I’m delighted with the photo books I ordered for my son’s wedding. It was so easy to use the program and the quality of the book was excellent. I’ve previously ordered photos with frames and they too were very nice quality. I’ll be ordering more photos with frames to match my collection.”

“HUGE thank you to Danielle on the customer service team that was emailing me past 10pm after I ordered a personalised product with the wrong date not once, or twice but 3 times!! She was so friendly, understanding and patient, cancelling the wrong orders and even refunding me the difference when I used a promo code.”

“I wanted to love the invitations but the border on the sample was larger on one side than the other. For the cost of the invitations I couldn’t risk purchasing and having them all be like that so unfortunately I had to go with another company.”

“I ordered a photo book, with linen cover. It was a 70th birthday gift for a very lovely friend and I was anxious because I had never ordered anything fomr Papier before. Anyway, there was absolutely no need for anxiety at all - the book is beautiful. The cover looks and feels stylish / special, the paper and print quality is high and overall the design process was quite easy. The only extra thing I would like to have had was a few page templates that would allow more written content. My friend was moved to tears by the book, she loved it, and I will certainly use the sevice again.”
