We used to use P2G a lot. However after missing parcels and failed collections the final straw can when we got an email 2 weeks after we had posted a parcel telling us it was too heavy. And charging us a “fine”. The Ariel was not too heavy or too large (the volumetrics were fine too). We challenged it and they just turned round and said “nope”. Then even though I challenged them again they insisted on a photograph of the parcel that had been delivered 3 weekend ago, and ideally this parcel needed to be on a scale!! How was that ever going to happen! They also added the cost into an order I tried placing and wouldn’t let me proceed without paying the “fine” even though I was still challenging it. I cancelled the order, and now use another service. They can swing for the money they are trying to steal from me.

My parcel was lost, the company has admitted losing the parcel. I insured the parcel. I am now one month into the claim process. My evidence document are being refused (will not except a purchase invoice!) and they want conformation on non delivery even after admitting losing my parcel. Very slow and difficult to get a resolution, on the point of giving up, which is probably what they are hoping for

Parcel containing books was thrown over fence in pouring rain, Courier (of Hermes) claimed it was left in secure place ! Total damage , P2go denied refund on grounds that it was not insured, So be warned if you don't insure then P2go will claim the right to willfully destroy your parcel. They do however have a duty of care as they are about to find out in the small claims court

AVOID. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK As a small, struggling business, I am always in need of the most economical courier service. Whilst P2G offers the cheapest... there is a good reason. They offer a very very sub-standard service. DO NOT pay for the insurance or Next Day delivery. These are not guaranteed - whatever lies they may claim - and they will fight you to the death, with everything they have NOT to compensate you. They are only about the money coming in. They rely on their cheap prices to trick customers, and dont worry about customer service... or even doing what you paid them to do.

I would not give even 1 star for this company. They failed to collect a crutial medical equipment and this was their answer. I'm really sorry that things went wrong here. Unfortunately the courier has not left record of why the collection failed, so I'm unable to clarify why this happened. Failed collections can happen for a wide variety of reasons.

SLOW TO SORT OUT MISSING PARCEL & REFUND I've used them a few times before and always recommended them to friends. However, when a parcel I sent went missing in Dublin I did more of the trying to track it than they did. At one point I was told it had been delivered and later on told it had been returned to me the sender. Can't be in 2 places at once. When I asked for signatures as proof they were unable to provide any.As for trying to get the guaranteed refund when they have accepted liability it is still outstanding. I had paid for guaranteed 3 day delivery, the cost of the carriage and they are still only offering part of this. This parcel was posted on the 25th Nov. 2018! Not impressive. In future I shall use couriers direct.

Worst company ever- Big Liars Sending Christmas gifts to my family turn into a nightmare. My parcel was estimated to arrive in my home town in Greece before Christmas on 21/12/2018. Parcel never arrived, losing hundreds of pounds and wasting time to try sorting out the issue. They first open on my behalf a claim to investigate that would take up to 2 weeks, then they told me that they needed one more week, as the courier hadn’t reply back. When I complained about that they told me that I shouldn’t worry and that they will have an answer before the dispute ending date on 18/01/2019. Magically my parcel had a movement, “ label applied in Bham” on 17/01/2019 (a whole month after the last tracking movement). Obviously, I checked the DPD tracking as well, that didn’t match. SO, BIG FAT LIES. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I used to work on logistics and I know that is so easy to locate, relocate, ship etc any parcel in the system, just with a few clicks. Of course, they told that DPD tracking would be updated shortly. Never happened as DPD is a serious company that wouldn’t back up their lie. Claim for a refund/compensation is a long process, trying to explain that I paid for my parcel and that my father, who is quite old doesn’t speak English and my only communication is verbal (no texts or emails from him). They continually ask for a screenshot of a message. It takes ages to take a response and the only thing I get back is “ Apologies and blah blah blah”. Terrible customer service. Probably they believe that I will get tired and leave them alone. And all that, for just £50 refund. I will never use it again, wouldn’t recommend it either.

Posted a parcel with their TNT Direct arm (smoke and mirrors...) on the Tuesday & received all the receipts, confirmations etc. and, of course, I paid. Late on the Friday afternoon, I received an email from them asking me for the address & contact number of the addressee (all of which, of course, appeared on their own documentation, labels etc.) and telling me at the same time that they could not deliver at that address (which they had and did not have…). They then ‘advised’ me that, as they could not deliver, I would incur extra charges to have the parcel returned!!! They then demanded ‘response within 1 day’ (having taken 4 days themselves to contact me). It was so outrageous an email I was convinced that it was a scam until I checked the email address. I have yet, of course, to receive a response or update from them. I tried to complain but could not find any means of contacting them. Eventually I found an ‘email contact’ page which did not work. Eventually I used their ‘live chat’ asking for their complaints procedure. They claimed the only means of contact and complaint was through the webchat only. When I asked for an email address they terminated the live chat!! Would not trust these clowns with anything at all, so avoid: they are not the cheapest but are definitely the worst courier I have ever dealt with!!! I wish I’d read the reviews before using them

This company should not be allowed to operate without proper contact details. They took a parcel for delivery last October which is still missing. They just send emails to the delivery company and then ignore the fact that they don't answer. The way this has been handled is a disgrace. The parcel was for an orphanage in Sierra Leone with Christmas presents and urgently needed educational items such as pens, pencils, paper, etc. One minute it says the parcel has been delivered on screen , then it says it hasn't. The parcel should have arrived on 15th November 2018. It was insured but they are refusing to settle the claim so that I can resend some stuff. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY

1. I went online on a Wednesday evening to arrange for collection and next-day delivery of a laptop I was returning. I paid extra for next-day delivery and extra for home collection as the nearest drop-off point was a long way away (even though I was in London). P2G gave a collection window of "between 9am and 5pm", which seemed rather vague to say the least but fortunately I was able to stay home on the Thursday to wait for the courier. And of course the driver didn't come, even though I waited in till 7pm. Long story short, it took until the very end of day 2 for the collection to happen, which was a Friday - so the item wasn't delivered till the following Monday, the 5th day after I placed the order .Did P2G give me a refund, as the item was not delivered next day? No, because "next day" apparently means "the day after we collect". So you can pay all the extras you want for speedy delivery, but they can potentially wait days or weeks to collect and then wriggle out of their moral obligation by pointing to the small print. 2. As I write this I am waiting for an item to be delivered by P2G, this one dropped off at a drop-off location on Wednesday but only "should be" delivered "by Monday". P2G's rates may be the lowest around but this reflects a poor service and stroppy and unhelpful customer service when you contact them. AVOID.

e mail sent to refund department I have been told that you have refused my application for refund even though you did not deliver my parcel, which included insurance and guarantee delivery. I was also promised by the agent on 22nd January - due to the lack of information and the way it was handled I would receive £50 back. In fact to begin with they offered me £10! The agent has told me the basis of refusal is attempted deliveries and then sent me information - which is actually laughable as it is the attempted deliveries from 19-21st January 2019 back to me in the UK. The parcel was sent 6/12/18 - arrived fine etc, attempted delivery 18/12/18 - no note left, no one even knew there had been attempt. I then spent until 3rd January trying to find out where it was through your agents, it was at a local post office. I then spent sometime trying to see if they could send to Melbourne (my son left Sydney to work at the Open in Melbourne on you guessed it 3rd January) - your agents contacted Australian Post and sent me information to do this - WITHOUT any contact information - so in the 3 days it took to get a response - it left for the UK. And to add insult to injury - you did not let me know via email that you had refused my refund as stated you would on 22nd January - only reason I knew was I looked at my PArcel2Go account. So Katherine - if you actually exist - I want my money back for a complete non-service.

I booked am express delivery to Germany with guarantee delivery yesterday(DPD was the courier). Waited for the whole day and the collection driver didn't come. There is no customer phone number for Parcel2go, had to chat online with a customer representative. He rescheduled a collection for today. Instead of waiting and wasting another day, I phoned DPD to check that a collection has been booked. DPD told me that nothing has been booked for me/my address yesterday nor today! I would have wasted another day if I didn't make the call. Went online and asked Parcel2go. She asked me about the content of the parcel again and said that they have to cancel my booking now, because I declared a liquid disinfectant in it. Found an excuse to cover up their disgrace! Will never use again and tell everyone to steer away

Astonishingly bad customer service when things go wrong. Very poor provision for bulky items, prohibitively expensive for bulky items. Avoid.

Avoid at all costs! The disregard for customer service is staggering. I purchased a delivery guarantee (a new policy they offer) and they have tried everything to get out of honouring this, shifting terms and definitions once I tried to claim. DO NOT buy the delivery guarantee. It's just a way to pump you for extra money without every intending to honour the agreement. After a catalogue of problems on previous orders, and some fairly rude and abrupt customer service, along with constantly late deliveries, I won't be using parcel2go again. Use Parcelforce directly. Much better customer service, you can actually speak to humans over the phone, and the prices are usually the same or marginally cheaper! I honestly don't understand what additional service Parcel2Go provides above just going to a courier directly. They also don't care about bad reviews. I tried to resolve the complaint over livechat, and they practically told me to leave a bad review and refused to do anything to help.

Don’t bother, it says door to door delivery, but they don’t say which door, no attempt made to deliver left mikes away at a collection point which is always closed
