I had a parcel picked up for delivery latest 15/1 it arrived at the hub but seems to have mysteriously disappeared ... I have chatted so many times with what I believe to be an automated answer and not a real person and just keep getting fobbed of with a cut and copy reply or told check the status which I may add has not been updated at all. It is so frustrating that you can’t even speak to someone and also my parcel is 4’ x 2’ not exactly a small one to loose..... will be interesting to see what the future enquiry brings. I also saw shocking footage on social media of a Hermes delivery driver and cringe to think this is who uplifted my parcel. If there was an option to give a minus review that is what I would have put.

Worst courier service ever Worst courier service ever, tracking is incorrect shows delivered when not, you cannot in anyway shape of form contact them except through online chat which is completely useless as they cannot really help with anything. I had sent a parcel to Saudia Arabia delivery time was 10-15 days, after 20+ days parcel was showing as delivered on parcel2go website however it was not , and when looked at the actual couriers tracking it had failed delivery and had been sitting with the couriers. After endlessly navigating through there website to try and get in contact with a customer service representative i finally got through to someone. I explained the situation , and advised them to either re-deliver, or provide the couriers contact number or information so that my customer can collect the parcel or re-arrange. They could not provide any information whatsoever. The best they could do was email the couriers and hope to get a reply within 2-3 working days. So i waited after 3 working days i contacted them again and the response once again please wait a further 2 working days as they had not received a response from the courier. I pleaded with them to call them , to escalate the matter, they replied that they do not have any contact number of the couriers nor can they make any outgoing calls. After around 30 seconds of searching i managed to find the couriers contact number myself who advised me the parcel was being returned to me around 7 days prior and that Parcel2go have full access to this tracking thus will know that this is the case. I was now furious , a relayed this information to P2G whom simply said sorry however they could not still do anything about it and would have to confirm this information with the courier which may take 2 working days. This is not the first time situations like this have occurred with P2G. They have no customer service and do not deserve even 1 star for what they put customers through.

The Star rating should be -1 or even -100. i am at my wits end. Parcel sent to Switzerland on the 14/12/2018. raised a case early in January. Replies to emails take 3-7 days!!! and still nothing. They say it is with Customs my daughter contacted customs and they have nothing we have asked for a number of the hub the parcel is at and still waiting for this information!!!!! RIDICULOUS is not the word for the "customer Service" there is absolutely none.!!!!!! So fed up. Ridiculous company how is it that you are still in business??

I should go with another delivery service. I used them to send a parcel in November’18, they never send me any notification that there are some problems. Month later I contacted them via live-chat. I found out they had a problem with finding the delivery place (which is very accessible by the way)... and they failed to deliver twice. It’s almost February’19 now and the are telling me to pay £54.50 for a return... My parcel is stuck in another country and I have two options, pay or forget about the parcel. That company is a total JOKE. Criminals... AVOID!

Quite possibly the most evasiove parcel company when it convenes mes to paying out on a lost parcel , all documentation supplied and still won’t pay out , they drag their heels replying and are quite polite but then ignore you and don’t pay out even when you pay for enhanced cover . I had already replaced the stock to my customers and used another carrier service provider

It had to rebook the collection 3 times before it got picked up. Now 10 days into the process and nowhere is this parcel to be seen. Totally hopeless.

I sent a parcel on the 3rd October 2018 by dpd local I tried to keep a track on it but they didn’t keep there system up to date .when I contacted dpd to make a claim I was informed there wasn’t any thing they can do it was parcel2go so I contacted them I got told I had. To prove when I purchased my items and they didn’t arrive ,I got prove when I got them as it was 2007 I could show they never arrived , then I was told they changed there mind about paying me as I didn’t reply with the same information I had done that , I then got told they had lost them and there refusing to keep the claim open .i contacted there ceo he ignored me totally .s

I am surprised of finding bad reviews about this company. I find it super helpful and brilliant. I dispatched 3 large parcel with them which I sold on my ebay shop, I could import the orders to make it super easy to copy address and details. They offer very competitive prices, my last delivery was overweight and they also paid for me the extra! Well done Parcel 2 go don `t disappoint me please :)

appalling customer service - avoid at all cost I sent a parcel by next day delivery on 21st December containing Christmas present. i was notified shortly after the 25th that the parcel had not arrived and subsequently opened a complaint. eventually (around 16th January)they located my parcel and took a picture of some of the contents and promised it would be delivered. It was finally delivery over a week later (24th Jan) and i am horrified to find that all of the contents have been stolen except one item. The customer service is appalling, you can only communicate via a chat service on their website, every time you come to discuss it you speak to a new person who takes at least 10 minutes to "review your case". They don't take your complaint seriously and i assume their tactic is to make it as difficult as possible so you eventually give up. If you want to avoid this hassle go direct to the other providers like UPS or royal mail where you can actually speak to a human who knows what is going on. Terrible service, terrible customer service!

Absolute garbage. Sent a parcel as an Amazon return. Despite being a massive fulfilment centre covering many acres, unable to find or gain access. Customer support is pathetic, the same email time after time, waiting courier response. Chat is just as woeful, say the same thing, escalated, please wait 72 hours for response. SIX TIMES. Spend a few quid extra on Royal Mail.

Sent an unwanted christmas present back with parcel2go and the company stole the item and refused to give me the money for the item that was taken. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE ITEMS STEAL THEM INSTEAD THEN NEVER GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK

Sent a parcel through parcels2go via Hermes the parcel was lost and despite every effort on my part neither company cared a Jot neither company have a customer care contact number and only correspond through email As for compensation for the loss you may as well forget it they don't pay out. Both Hermes & parcels2go are a bunch of crooks and should be prosecuted for theft. Both companies are a disgrace and their systems of tracking deliveries are shambolic. I would advice everyone to avoid using these 2 rubbish companies at all cost.

Worst company ever! Worst service! We've sent a parcel on the 13 December and still haven't reached the destination! There's no phone number, the customer service chat is useless, you ask them something and they don't reply, just ignore you. The tracking website is not updated. It was a parcel for a customer, which obviously now is very angry and will never buy anything from us in the future. I have asked them to return the parcel back to me and they are saying is going to take between 6-8 weeks for this. Honestly the most unprofessional and non reliable company ever!

I have been having a nightmare with this company since I sent a parcel in Sept. to Spain. The parcel was never delivered, and when I got in touch I was told the company left a card and attempted delivery when neither of these statements were true. The items were sent to an office that is staffed all day and nothing was received there. Parcel2go then told me in Oct. I would have to wait 6 weeks as the items were being returned to me! Despite the fact they did not attempt delivery to my customer, the items were meant to take at least 6 weeks to get back to the UK even though I paid £20 for a delivery time of 3-4 days. I had no choice but to resend over £200 worth of goods using UPS (who delivered them in 2 days no problem) and am still waiting 4 months later with no refund from parcel2go. I have attempted to make a claim 3 times now and am told I have to do so through online chat. We are 4 months into this process and after multiple sessions of chat discussing this parcel that was supposedly on its way back, I'm now told they are only just about to open an enquiry to look into it. It is an absolute farce. They will not declare it as missing until they make me wait at least another 2 weeks for this latest enquiry, which is the third time I've brought it to their attention. This is shocking customer service and all I can say is that they clearly do not want customers to make claims. I would steer clear of them and use another company as this is not an experience I can recommend to anyone.

The worst company ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst company ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE DPD UK has lost or stolen my parcel ,value 350 uk pound and Parcel2go do not give me nothing back!!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. No communication no customer support live chat absolutely useless. Multiple parcel orders no collections and still no refund. Will never be using these guys again.

Placed an order for one item to be shipped to Belgium. Value £150. Used their insurance and was shipped through parcelforce. Customer never received item and parcel2go claimed it was delivered. Dragged their heels until 28 days expired then told me I couldn't claim for a penny.

I sent a parcel via Parcel2go, and it was a DPD. I didn't realize the parcel got lost until my recipient contacted me. Then I checked DPD tracking number and gave them a call directly. I was told that my parcel was destroyed due to some address issue. DPD told me that they already made a request for this to Parcel2go but there was no response. I was very shocked by this. I then contacted Parcel2go to ask why there was no notification about this. Why Parcel2go didn't response DPD request? Why Parcel2go didn't contact me for that? Surely this was not a big problem. but Parcel2go didn't answer any of the question and just said they can refund me the postage. Really rubbish! never ever use.
