Never use this company! I currently have a 15£ refund stuck there, for auto prepay and i cant get them and i dont want to use them with them! Failed to collect my parcel 2 days in a row. Ridiculous

Absolutely awful service. Collected 17/8/19 arrived a sorting hub 23/11/19. Lord knows when it will be delivered. I could have walked it to destination by now.

Sent 2 items back, both of which were damaged on delivery - quite clearly dropped! Both items were fully insured and I have been fighting to claim this money back for nearly a month now despite repeatedly providing the information they requested. They are now only offering us a refund for 1 of the 2 items (no surprise the cheaper of the two) and have only offered us half of the courier costs. Really unhappy and will be taking this to the small claims court if they refuse to give us our money back. Do not recommend and will not use this company again!

Absolute clowns that have no idea what customer service is Booked a day off work and waited in all day for a wagon to pick up a pallet and nothing. They had my number but did not even ring me, just nothing. This is my first attempt at using them and had loads of business but will now be taking it elsewhere, useless jokers

Do not use this company. I have been waiting a month for a box i sent from the UK to Ireland. It has items of value and items of sentimental value inside. For weeks the status read 'held in depot'. I was not contacted to say why the package was delayed or when/if I would get it. When I contacted parcel2go on their 'chat' section four days ago they assured me the package would be with me within 48 hours. I am still waiting to receive it. This is an appalling service.

Useless service! I shipped the parcel 2nd of July now it`s 16th of August and after several chats and promises nobody contacted me. The parcel is still at Hermes depot and P2GO is doing nothing about this!

I raised a claim for a damaged parcel having taken out additional insurance for over £35.00. I submitted all the information requested and received confirmation of the information recieved. I was informed they would submit an OFFER for my insurance claim and not just pay out the insurance. I am over 4 weeks into the claim and now cannot even get a reply. P2G61012661

I have spoken to the claims team and they have advised that due to the high value of your claim they require approval by higher management and this is something that they cannot put a time limit on. Review Update. In spite of an, “Oh, we’re so sorry to hear about your parcel being lost response” from your customer service department, my parcel is still missing. Being very sorry that you’ve lost something isn’t good enough. Apparently, you handed it over to Landmark Global whose online reviews match or exceed your own horrid reviews for lost, damaged, missing, parcels.

When our parcel did not arrive we found we could not get any meaningful explanation as they would only speak to sender. Apprently they did not deliver because we had "moved away" - we haven't and were in at the time they allegedly tried to deliver.

I would give a zero, but that apparently isn’t an option. We turned over a package of beloved souvenirs from Italy and Portugal in early June when we were in Edinburgh to be sent back to the US. Surprise, today, August 13 they have officially lost our package. Earlier, it was reported delivered, but no... chaos and more chaos with this company. We’d have been better off buying another suitcase and just carrying everything with us. Stay away from these ineffective, bumbling, goofs.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Failed to deliver a 24 hour express delivery on time - even though I purchased additional "Delivery Guarantee" it arrived 3 days late. Now I have to pay to have the parcel returned as it missed the event it was required for. Customer is also left high and dry. P2G have refused to cover the cost of returning the item, but they have said they will refund my original postage cost (only because I had purchased the extra "Delivery Guarantee"). Parcel2Go are simply a broker / price comparison for other courier services and don't seem to have any leverage in actually ensuring these other services do what they promise (despite charging extra for "Delivery Guarantees"). Use P2G with caution or preferably don't use them at all! Next time I will go straight to a reputable courier. They have an online chat but no direct phone contact number. They told me that my parcel was late because Inpost had technical issues - Fine, but don't leave me out of pocket as the customer. I would expect them to cover the cost of making things right. I'm not at all impressed with Parcel2Go and have now deleted my account with them. Goodbye!

Parcel2Go is a delivery comparison site, which means that our job is to provide customers with the opportunity to book with an existing courier for a cheaper price. We do not deliver your parcels ourselves, though we do communicate with the couriers that handle your items on your behalf. As you have opted for the delivery guarantee during booking and the parcel was not delivered on time you were untitled to a refund of the carriage cost. We are a business customer who have been using Parcel2go for our international shipments. Yet in the last 5 weeks we have had 4 major issues. 3 parcels have been delayed by weeks not days and 1 parcel still has not been delivered after 5 weeks! We have tried to raise a claim with them this morning as we have not only given them their stated 14 days to investigate but have actually given them 19 days. Yet they refuse to raise a claim. Their claims team clearly have no idea how to look after a good customer of theirs and I would highly advise any business to AVOID at all costs for international shipping!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

The courier is then requested to locate the parcel in the depots, and parcels will be scanned with ex-rays to locate a parcel. It can happen that this takes longer than desired. When the courier confirms the outcome of the investigation, one can proceed to the next phase. I had look at the P2G order number you put down here but I am afraid I can't see that there is an enquiry opened on this order. I would like to look into this for. Ordered a product that was sent out 6th, not only not received by tracking shows collected not at depot or being delivered, they are either have a useless system or are the worse service on the planet. Also don't bother chatting as CHAT is pointless, they just tell you what the tracking says and can't help. I will never use this service and hope none of my suppliers do either. Totally sdissatisfied

DO NOT USE - I am still waiting on a response for a possibly lost parcel that should have been delivered over a week ago now. Seeking legal advice and under the consumer rights act while the parcel is still showing as undelivered it is there responsibility. Will update on outcome whether that may be persuing court action through small claims court with all fees also being claimed for as cannot see them resolving this issue out of court. Very poor contact, No customer service. I was seeking a new courier company and this one I DO NOT recommend using. Pay the extra elsewhere atleast if anything goes wrong you may get your money back and have some sort of customer service!

I have just spent 2 months trying to get a situation resolved where our parcels were mixed up, one destined for Jersey was sent to the USA and vice versa. After providing evidence that we had labelled the parcels correctly it has taken 2 months and 32 emails and calls to finally be told that they are unable to retrieve the parcels. They also informed me their industry is not regulated and they are not part of any alternative dispute resolution scheme. We will no longer be using Parcel2Go, they seem like a good deal when everything goes well but as soon as you have a problem they don't want to know and blame you or the courier or you get stuck in an automated system. We were told twice that a collection would be arranged and now we've been told that they will not collect from the USA. The £16 refund as a gesture of goodwill is a bit of an insult after all the hassle and lack of assistance.
