Avoid this businesses at all costs - seriously pay the difference and use a proper courier - they just lie and lie and lie - P2G96812652 - have been trying to send a package to Spain since NOVEMBER and it’s just lie and lie after lie - I was clearly offered a refund for this when it was rebooked on on 16th Feb it was clearly and blatantly offered if a rebook or a full refund within a few days - this is clear on the chat transcript - I am now being told that a refund has been rejected! I can’t tell you how mad I am with you and how much time I have wasted - this is not even going down the 3 days I wasted waiting for UPS to pick up the rebook - just don’t deal with this company - it’s just lies all the way and no proper contact as it’s though Live Chat - AVOID AVOID AVOID - 04:11:47 PM [Ian Digby] Ok - cancel it and rebook 04:12:05 PM [Leah S] There are two ways we can refund your order for you. Refund your Parcel2Go.com PrePay account. This would be credited to your account within 1-2 working days. Refund back to the original source of payment. This can take approximately 5-7 working days. Could you please confirm how you would prefer to be refunded? Further information about PrePay can be found here.

Worst company I have ever dealt with for reliability. Paid to have three parcels returned and twice this week they have failed to collect costing us £300 for failure to return in time and the £42 we paid for collection. Never use this sloppy company

Very BAD Company !!! Very BAD Company !!!! Better you pay extra pounds and stick with other companies. if not You will REGRET later !!!!!! 1) The customer catch Don't know what they are doing. Repeat the question again and again. 2)If you are very lucky your parcel will arrive in time cheaper price. 3) After 12 days They collected the parcel because of the way Parcel2 go works.

Returned a relatively expensively priced product back to a company via parcel2go and the item was so badly damaged in transit the company would not provide us with a refund as it is in an unsellable condition. Parcel to go are refusing to pay for the full amount of the product claiming that their £20 counter offer is more than adequate when the item cost just under £80. Will never use this company again....

Shockingly bad, I paid extra to fully insure my parcel, then when I make a valid claim, they don't pay out when parcel is dameged plus 3 weeks late, only classed as delivered when the receiving person ended up collecting it from the depot, The could't understand to deliver to a shop on a main road, the 3rd attempted failed delivery it was put on the wrong van on the wrong delivery round. How inept can you be really? Yodel and parcel2go pass you to each other hang up on chat Just to say I won't use parcel2go and Yodel service ever again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! CRIMINAL. P2G99086908 I am absolutely shocked and appalled at the service they have provided. I shipped £350 worth of goods via parcel2go and UPS was the courier. The goods were damaged in transit and subsequently UPS disposed of them and passed on details to Parcel 2 Go. I never hear of this from Parcel 2 Go and I have to find out via engaging them in live chat 2 weeks later because they were too lazy to tell me. They are now refusing to refund me ANYTHING for this because I didn't take out protection insurance on my parcel. I have spoken to UPS who said they would refund or partially refund me; however, they have said that all of this goes through Parcel 2 Go. Parcel 2 Go are point blank refusing to engage with me or refund me ANY of the £350. They may even be taking the money from UPS and keeping it for themselves. On top of the £70 I have paid them to take my parcel, which got broken... I am absolutely distraught and concerned by this. Energy bills are rising and I don't have enough cash for day to day. This huge corporation does not care about the little people in life and are all about money. They are the worst company I have ever encountered and I am left full of anxiety and struggling with mental health issues because of this. I cannot tell you how much you should avoid them. Do not engage with this company in any circumstances, they have no interest in your service or well-being. I will be spreading the word via every review site on the internet. £350 (plus the £70 I paid them) is at least 10 days of my time so I have a lot of commitment to ensuring this does not end well for them. Good luck in finding a different provider as you should turn around and keep googling.

Terrible service from Parcels2Go. Our small parcel to Italy took 40 days to arrive exceeding the original delivery date by 2 weeks. It makes one wonder what this company does with it's parcels to manage an average speed of 40 miles per day. I would not recommend others to use Parcels2Go.

Absolutely shocking service - twice they failed to pick up parcel and took no responsibility for it - if they take your money they should be responsible rather than blaming the courier and offering no explanation.

Percels2Go lost the packaged I sent. Their own tracking system clearly shows exact dates and times of them collecting the package and also scanning it in at their depot. No further tracking information is available proving the package did not leave their depot, otherwise there would be scanning out information. Yet I have now spent over two weeks trying to prove that they collected the parcel and did not deliver the parcel. The only was they would accept proof the collected it was from cctv footage from my neighbour that showed the driver collecting the package from my door at the exact date and time shown on their tracking system. Otherwise, they were not accepting their own tracking system as proof the package was collected. This is a complete joke of a company who should be AVOIDED at all costs.

Sold my guitar on marketplace and chatted back and forward to the buyer who was very pleasant and excited about receiving his first proper guitar (Fender Stratocaster worth £450). I took insurance out on the guitar which guaranteed the guitar up to the value of £5,000 so I thought it would be safe to send. I also took the guaranteed delivery so it would arrive in time. It wasn't until it didn't turn up on time I started reading reviews and I was absolutely horrified as this company "loses" items all the time and offers people little or no money in return insured or not. I opened a claim but I haven't heard back from Parcel2Go but I know the guitar is "lost" as they've told the buyer but not me. They deliberately delay customers claims and then say it's outside a timeframe for you to do anything about it. The other problem with this company is its impossible to contact them. There is a facebook group set up for victims of this company, which gives you an idea of how corrupt they are. I am going to e-mail a few consumer tv shows as I have family friends who work for the BBC and I think this company need exposed for who they really are. Please think carefully about sending anything through them.

Absolute SHAMBLES of a company. I currently have 50+ parcels awaiting collection for FOUR days at my drop off point. Hermes driver has refused to take these every single day on the basis that he can’t be bothered and ‘doesn’t have room’ but has collected other parcels that are at my drop off point and do not belong to me. Contacted P2G several times about this and advised that I would get a call today but no surprise I haven’t. The communication with P2G is absolutely disgusting!! Can’t get through to anyone half decent who is actually willing to help me with my £350 worth of orders that are just sat at my drop off point even though they should have all been delivered. Understand that they don’t collect the parcels but any customer service is just none existent. Absolutely DISGUSTING completely avoid and go to the courier direct as P2G are impossible to contact! And if you are lucky to speak to someone, they show no sympathy at all and basically just pass the book to the courier team even though the service is purchased via them. AVOID, AVOID,AVOID. I know I will be going forward. I have used these for around 2 years now with nothing but constant problems.

Awful service, they lost my parcel then refused to reimburse me for the lost goods. They try to force you to take insurance, but the law is clear on paying for goods and services and what customers are entitled to for their money. I will be reporting them to the Postal Redress Service who are certified by Ofcom and I urge everyone else who has a poor experience to do the same. If you need any help doing this please reach out and I can assist you.

If you have a valuable or expensive parcel, do not use Parcel2Go. They try to force their overpriced cover on you and then, in my case, when Hermes "lost" it, they refused to pay me more than £20 in compensation on a guitar worth £350.

Awful, just the worst experience ever. Lost 10 cartons of stock we were sent to an Amazon fulfilment centre in France. For 3 months Parcel2Go and DPD failed to find the items despite having tracking numbers. Claimed they were delivered, then said thy couldn't do it, then made out they had been returned, clueless! After many months of contesting in chat, and via email, they eventually offered a pitiful refund. Made it so difficult to get a refund despite knowing these items were missing on their watch. Don't waste your time booking with them. Unreliable, dishonest and awkward.

They loose packages, can not find main street addresses. Tell you they have rebooted it then it isn't collected. Then to add insult to injury your guarantee on time is delivery is never delivered and you fully insured claim( with parcels2go insurance) is always "lacking information" and ends up being filed away as sorted... It it a massive scam. But until a big player rattles parcels2go's cage, they won't care as what chance has a single small business like myself have, against a corrupt and lying ,fraudulent company . It doesnt.. social media watch out. This is the last time I use parcels2go. Rubbish

I feel that most of the 1-star reviews are from people who don't understand that Parcel2Go are literally just an intermediary between you and various couriers. So if there is a problem with your parcel delivery, it is the courier at fault and not (in 99% of cases) Parcel2Go. All Parcel2Go do is facilitate getting you a decent deal. They are not the ones responsible for actually delivering the parcels. Although I am switching to be directly with UPS for my e-commerce business, Parcel2Go have been great throughout that time. Their customer service live chat team are actually pretty good and they DO help where they can. The only reason I give a 4 star is just because their tracking for the senders and customers is not great at all, and it can be quite tricky to acquire the courier's direct tracking numbers. You can normally get this through their Live Chat, but it is a bit inconvenient.

Just wanted to say that I had to deal with Parcel2Go and they are absolutely horrible when it comes the customer service. My parcels sent via their booking keep disappearing, they tracking system has no real-time updates, and the help desk is not helping at all. Waste of time and definitely not recommended.

They say they delivered parcel when it’s still sitting in customs.then the recipient of parcel has to make a trip to collect parcel. You pay money for a service then when you try to contact them they do not reply to email.

Took Parcelforce package to Post Office on 30th December 21, watched them scan it. No tracking until 10th Jan even now its minimal & package is delayed. I contacted complaints team and customer services who were going to look into and come back to me, well its been 7 days since this and they just do not respond. That is just totally unacceptable. Also when you do a live chat, they will talk to many people at the same time, so leaving you hanging. It would be better to just hold you in a queue until they can deal with you and your query only. There excuse, is they are busy, well so are many of your customers. So do what is right for us, we are paying for a service. I will never use again, I will go directly to couriers. I have advised all my social media following and those 40k customers of mine to also avoid avoid avoid.

Allowed me to buy a label but once the parcel was brought to collection point there was said it is too big and can not be accepted. Asked P2G for a refund - they declined without explanation. Will never use them again. Ignorants.
