Parcel2go - Wrote 'Thank you for your email and my apologies for the delay to this delivery. Having looked into your case I can see this was dropped off on 22/11 but was not collected by DPD until 25/11. I am very sorry the parcel was so delayed in being collected from the drop shop, I appreciate this both disappointing and inconvenient. Kindest Regards Lauren W Reply - Me 'Dear Customer Services, Thank you for the apology but I think a sincere apology at the very least deserves the refund that I requested. I will not be using DPD again.' Kindest Regards Lauren W Parcel2Go 'Unfortunately I would be unable to offer a refund on this occasion due to the non-guaranteed nature of the service and the fact a delivery guarantee refund was not purchased on this occasion. Goodwill gestures of apology are made to prepay only.???' Wish I had read these Bad reviews before I used them!

Three parcels in succession within the last 2 weeks all lost! First one they could not find the address (even though it was correct) Then, when they agreed the property was there, they had lost the parcel. Second one, tracking indicated the parcel was 'delivered to recipient' as soon as it had been dropped of at the post office, this they said was only a data issue, the parcel is still lost. My third parcel is still marked 'awaiting drop off' although I have a receipt from the post office for it. It remains 'lost' Something has gone wrong at Parcel2go. These parcels were all sent via premium services, all 24 hour! I doubt they will admit what has happened to their system but my advise is avoid parcel2go.

Update I had a few problems with failed collections, they said they would upgrade my parcels collections to another courier due to the problems, the difference in cost was around 28 pounds which i did not want to pay because it was not my fault, after a lot of back and forth they finally kindly agreed to pay the cost themselves, parcels were promptly collected and delivered safely, wonderful so decided to give them another go, Then went to the Parcel2go site to book and lo and behold they reneged on the deal and added the charges to my account have tried to contact but has been very difficult as they now want parcel photos which i do not have and more importantly has nothing to do with it, so Failed to act on agreement and i have been landed with a bill i should not have had

PLACED 2 DELIVERIES ON 02.11.21 WITH PARCEL2GO AND THE 2 PARCELS WERE NOT DELIVERED BY 11.11.21 ALTHOUGH SHOWED IN TRACKING THAT 1 WAS IN TRANSIT FOR DELIVERY & 1 WAS STILL AT DEPOT. TODAY 24 DAYS AFTER ORDERS PLACED & 15 DAYS AFTER CASE OPENED & BEING TOLD TO WAIT LONGER..WAIT LONGER I WAS TOLD THE PARCELS ARE LOST, GONE, NOT BEING DELIVERED & TOUGH LUCK BECAUSE I NEVER PAID FOR INSURANCE FROM THEM. WE PAY FOR A PARCEL TO BE DELIVERED WHY SHOULD WE PAY EXTRA TO GUARANTEE THE PARCEL WE'VE ALREADY PAID FOR TO BE DELIVERED GETS DELIVERED. ITS A DISGRACE. TRUST ME PARCEL2GO WILL LOSE YOUR PARCEL, THEY WILL BE IN NO HURRY TO FIND YOUR PARCEL & THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU TOUGH LUCK, YOUR PARCEL IS GONE. WHO'S FAULT IS THAT. CERTAINLY NOT THE CUSTOMER WHO'S PAID FOR A SIMPLE DELIVERY SERVICE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & BELONGINGS. SEND YOUR XMAS PARCELS WITH A RELIABLE, REPUTABLE COMPANY. DEFINITELY AVOID AVOID AVOID PARCEL2GO.

Rejected claim not delivered! I posted a parcel from the UK to Germany via a DPD express 1 to 3 day service. 2 weeks later the item has still not been delivered and I started a claim via Parcels2Go because it had not been delivered between the 1 to 3 days, which cost me almost £50. THEY REJECTED MY CLAIM I kept in contact with the person who the parcel was for and they confirmed that no parcel had been delivered and no attempt was made. 2 weeks on and im being told that customs in Germany is holding the parcel to ransom even though it was sent as a gift with a value of less the £30. Despite all this, because the parcel was NOT delivered within 1 to 3 days I should get a refund for the postage, but of cause im getting ripped off by Parcels2go and DPD Never using them again

It is amazing how such an established company can treat their customers with such disdain. They've lost two packages for me in the last three months and though the second one containing books was insured, they have refused to settle the £20 claim. Now they are asking me to prove non-delivery. Imagine that! It is clear from the tracking in their system that the parcel was never delivered. They investigated and confirmed it was lost. Now instead of paying the measly claim they are asking me to prove value an prove non-delivery.

Sent a parcel with Parcel2go using parcelforce service. After 4 days I was contacted by parcel2go that the courier isn’t able to find a legit address, they’ve asked me to send a map for where the house is located and a photo of the premises. After supplying all the information, sadly they still weren’t able to locate the premises. I’ve asked my client to give me a different address, and the same thing happened wit the the second address, while I was easily able to find both addresses on my phone, Parcel2go failed to do. One thing I wasn’t asked to do, was to travel to London from Scotland to show the courier where to deliver my parcel. Worst company I have ever dealt it.

Parcel2Go.com make up extra fees on delivered parcels saying that it weighed 20kg instead of 3kg also lost parcels don't get ever mentioned when a claim is made. Please people stay away from these thieves.

I would leave less if I could. Took three days of rebooking before it was collecting - parcel came days late and the delivery guarantee which was purchased, apparently isn't valid if the collection is late. This is not stated prior to purchase

Worst delivery service!!!! I dropped my item to be collected by one of the drop off points and haven't heard since!! I tried making a claim as I upgraded my delivery with a protection plan if anything goes wrong with my item. But nothing helped I just go a stupid email saying that they looked into my claim and cant do anything to it - and so sweetly added "we are sorry about it and just a small gestor we will refund you the delivery charge" - so sweet, no?! DO NOT USE THEM!!! ITS NOT MY FIRST TIME!!

PARCEL2GO – absolute disaster Take ZERO responsibility & will not refund you in full for mistakes/shortfalls of their own doing. I would recommend staying well clear of using Parcel2go if you are looking to send items into Europe. This experience is over the course of the last few months, and we have sent around 15 parcels - not sure if even one made it to the final destination. Where do I start? We decided to use Parcel2go as our current courier (DHL) since Brexit has decided to put a couple of surcharges on all of our parcels going to Europe. We put all of our parcel dimensions & weights into the system and Parcel2go gave us a few options. The only suitable option for us was DPD as they are the only company which can allow us to prepay the duties, delivered DDP (we have no choice in this as Amazon stipulate all orders throughout the EU must be delivered like this). Typically the estimated delivery date on Parcel2go would show 2-3 business days. We fill in all the relevant information, customs form, commodity codes, commercial invoices etc. We also know exactly how to do this correctly. From our perspective we have done a thorough job of providing all the necessary information, and we also pre-pay the duties to Parcel2go. We have paid for the delivery itself + local vat & duties. For some reason, every single parcel which we send with Parcel2go never ever, not once, has reached the customer by the advertised delivery date if at all. This depending on which country can be down to a whole host of differing reasons, which are no fault of ours. In Italy, we have for example, the request for customers VAT/Tax/Fiscal Code, even though this is only a requirement for businesses. We ship B2C, to individual customers. In the Netherlands, the customers packages just sit around to be inspected for weeks even though all of the information has been provided before a package is even collected from us. In the rare instance that a package gets delivered with Parcel2go & DPD, it has taken weeks to be delivered. In pretty much all other instances, DPD have issued a return to sender without any notification to us from either DPD or Parcel2go (even though we have provided all information required) leaving us with a massively unhappy customer & us having to send replacements with DHL. This has effected our service levels throughout Europe, and subsequently our customers have left us with really bad feedback. Now I can deal with all the above, that's just part and parcel of running a business. But what I really don't like from Parcel2go is the fact that they take ZERO responsibility in all of this. If this information was needed to allow us to have a smooth process into certain countries such as the example above Italy, then why not allow us to provide this information prior to the parcel being collected? I have tried getting a refund on all of the problematic consignments we have had with Parcel2go yet they try and get out of this. Their customer service will actively try to find an excuse not to issue a refund, and when a refund is issued, it has never been for the full amount. They for some reason have been trying to refund only a partial payment (whether that be for the Local tax & duties we have paid, or the delivery charge itself). I have had to issue chargebacks through PayPal on all the consignments which have been sent with Parcel2go and I have only just started to receive the full amounts. Parcel2go have even been trying to dispute these claims with PayPal. They have also tried telling me that I have surcharges to pay - whereby my parcel has been the incorrect size. I used to work in the logistics industry so I know the importance of getting the correct dimensions & weights to ensure the volumetric calculation or dead weight is charged. I also understand that some parcels are not classed as conveyable freight. The thing is though - it's not difficult to design a system which interprets the customers information which we supplied on every single shipment and to omit carriers which will charge these surcharges, from your results. Either that, or at least be upfront about these surcharges. Message to Parcel2go - It really is quite simple to sort this problem out. If you cannot offer a service through one of your partner couriers, do not try and kid yourself that you can; mislead customers and falsely advertise a service you cannot achieve - just for the sake of some extra cash. Reconsider your relationship with certain partners, or reconsider the services that you think you can offer (such as in my case the Delivered Duty Paid service offered through DPD). Thanks for the taking the time to read, and hope this helps someone out there. N.B. Our old courier is charging around double for the same delivery into the EU, which now in reflection is an absolute bargain for the service they provide to us, lack of headaches, and customer satisfaction.

September 19th I sent a 32 kg parcel .. Disappeared. Impossible to contact them because there is no phone .. They only have a live chat that falls every 2 minutes and they always tell you the same things .. Someone will contact you .. Just an email with apologies and that they will contact me as soon as possible .. 2 months have passed .. Absolutely not recommended.

LOST an item because of Parcel2go. I had insured my item, been trying since 14 Sep to get a refund for my loss which I had bad review on eBay. Parcel2go is creatively coming up with various ways to delay/excuse and has now simply rejected my claim as simple as this, nothing can do, no phone to call and discus!! Criminals - DO NOT USE THEM.

Save your money and your time - DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. It has been more than 2 weeks and my parcel send form UK to Poland still hasn't been delivered. I understand one or two days of delays but as the estimated delivery was 29/09/2020 it has been now a WEEK OF DELEY AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL. It's hard to find any contact with this company - no email, no phone number, the button with complaint/refund doesn't work - well well :) But finally I contacted Parcel2GO customer service and after that my opinion about this company has become even worse than it was. A person on live-chat wasn't professional and wasn't trying to help with my case at all. She was copying and pasting the same information all the time doesn't matter what i wrote to her. I found this quite rude and unprofessional. I must say I'll never use Parcel2GO to send anything anywhere. It's absolute waste of time and money - they charge you lots of money, don't deliver your parcel, you need to wait weeks for it and when you contact a help center you won't get any help. I'll never recommend this company to anyone and I have really bad experience with Parcel2GO. My experience are even worse after this useless live-chat than they were before.

CRIMINALS! I've made the mistake of using Parcel2go to move countries. 10 years worth of my belongings, photos, important documents, beloved clothes LOST because of Parcel2go. I could cry! I had insured my shipment and have been trying since April to at least get reimbursed for my loss. There's literally no point, Parcel2go is creatively coming up with various ways to delay/excuse/etc and has now simply rejected my claim. I don't know what else to do. These guys are criminals - DO NOT USE THEM.
