My employer had to file a case with small claims court after horrendous experience getting refund for insured lost parcel. Got the refund in the end after applying to small claims. Would never use them again.

My parcel was sent on the 17th September and there is no trace of it after the 18th. Apparently it will take until the 19th October for an explanation. Don’t use this company

Save your money and your time - DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. It has been more than 2 weeks and my parcel send form UK to Poland still hasn't been delivered. I understand one or two days of delays but as the estimated delivery was 29/09/2020 it has been now a WEEK OF DELEY AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL. It's hard to find any contact with this company - no email, no phone number, the button with complaint/refund doesn't work - well well :) But finally I contacted Parcel2GO customer service and after that my opinion about this company has become even worse than it was. A person on live-chat wasn't professional and wasn't trying to help with my case at all. She was copying and pasting the same information all the time doesn't matter what i wrote to her. I found this quite rude and unprofessional. I must say I'll never use Parcel2GO to send anything anywhere. It's absolute waste of time and money - they charge you lots of money, don't deliver your parcel, you need to wait weeks for it and when you contact a help center you won't get any help. I'll never recommend this company to anyone and I have really bad experience with Parcel2GO. My experience are even worse after this useless live-chat than they were before.

CRIMINALS! I've made the mistake of using Parcel2go to move countries. 10 years worth of my belongings, photos, important documents, beloved clothes LOST because of Parcel2go. I could cry! I had insured my shipment and have been trying since April to at least get reimbursed for my loss. There's literally no point, Parcel2go is creatively coming up with various ways to delay/excuse/etc and has now simply rejected my claim. I don't know what else to do. These guys are criminals - DO NOT USE THEM.

I posted a parcel and was informed that there was a surcharge that required paying as the weight exceeded the 1kg I had submitted. As a shop I was able to recreate the same parcel and when weighed this was only about 700grams. After contacting Parcel2Go they advised me to submit a dispute which I did with photos of the order and the weight on the scales. It wasn’t until I tried to ship another parcel that I found out that even though I had disputed the surcharge I had to pay it or they wouldn’t allow me to send anything else. So to let everyone know if you want to continue to use Parcel2Go and you get a surcharge either pay it or ship with someone else, I would have expected the surcharge to have been placed on hold until it had been investigated allowing me to continue to post through Parcel2Go.

I send over 20 parcels for work to colleague. These were gifts I had put together. 2 gifts were undelivered. Now I understand I didn't pay for the insurance but I did pay for a service... delivery... which was not done, so therefore, for these to parcels, which I will need to reassemble and send out, I will have to pay for delivery costs again. If you don't provide the service, then there should be a refund of that. Shocking service and no one to speak to about this. Rather go use another site

Despite admitting they failed to provide a service for items I had paid for - because their system wouldn't generate labels for 2 parcels going to the same address! and despite offering me a refund, they are now saying they are not receiving my email confirming how I want the refund!!! I cannot believe the lengths they are going to in order to avoid refunding me P2G94668087

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Parcels not collected, had to rebook all parcels and then they claimed to have come on a different day which they did not. Customer service is awful - online chat and no way to directly contact. Basic attitude is wait and see. DO NOT USE

Please do not use this service. Just check online how many people have lost parcels snd its impossible to call them or fontaxt them a total scam service.

I have very bad experience with Parcel2go. I have stayed 2 days in home waiting my delivery no one came. I tried to find a telephone number to talk to the, email them or find some way to get in touch with them unsuccessfully. With desperation I reach them from facebook. They write back to me saying they will find out my parcel and let me know where it is 7 days ago. Till then no news. On there web site my parcel has been deliver to me. This is shocking. I feel very bad not know where my parcel is gone. That is terrible service. I try to complain but on their website couldn't find anything to do that as well. Make so complicated. I don't know what to do. I want people to know and not trust this company.

Failed to pick up my parcel today. Why, no-one knows. Compensation - None, hassle - lots. Had to rebook for tomorrow, not knowing iof they can be bothered to show up again.

This company is total useless collected my parcel on 4th August and it still hasn't been delivered, I have opened 5/7 cases and it keeps getting closed 48 hours later! The online chat agents are useless !!! Every single agent "typing" exactly bthe same excuses as to why I can't claim from my insurance which I have paid for!! AVOID AVOID AVOID parcel2go are theives they have took my cash and my package

They Don't Give Damn I purchased a 4 day service London to the Caribbean. Customs documents completed. Parcel was collected on the 11th June 2021. Arrived in the Caribbean circa 18th June 2021. I was advised there was a customs delay. Today, 13th August 2021 the parcel still has not been delivered. P2G has been contacted time and time again via chat. The only method they give to make contact. Following a bitter complaint on 4th July P2G sent me a blank airway bill, (AWB) and asked for more details. I again provided details of the parcel contents and returned the completed AWB on the 4th July 2021. It took P2G 10 days to pass on the AWB. Despite this. The parcel still has not been delivered. Repeatedly contacting P2G all they say is '...they are awaiting an update from their agent and a case has been opened'. They advised they would be contacting the recipient, to-date they have made no such contact. And will not provide contact details for their agent on the island. So in short they do nothing to promote the resolution of this matter. My advice is spend your money directly with TNT FedEx or DHL. Forget this P2G boggit and leggit outfit. Worse still, P2G is a customer of legitimate courier firms. In my case the parcel was actually delivered by TNT FedEx of which P2G is their customer. TNT FedEx are actually quite helpful but refer me back to P2G as P2G is their actual customer. Avoid this outfit. Totally incompetent and disinterested in actually resolving this matter.

My delivery not arrived, tracked and page never updated, always says the same thing. No info really. First time I have had dealings with this company, before I buy anything online again, if seller uses Parcel2Go I will not make the purchase. I may aswell just throw money down the drain.

Despite taking out their expensive insurance when my item arrived damaged they refused to pay out and said the item was prohibited please check your item against the prohibited list I’m out of pocket by £200 despite packaging my parcel well
