Worst courier company and customer service I ever experienced. My package was supposedly delivered at my house 4 times over 2 days. I was home the entire time and never heard anyone ring the bell/knock. Their courier did not even leave any notes to tell me he dropped by or give me any indication of what I should do, so I am pretty sure he never even dropped by. Through the online tracker I found out I was then supposed to pick up the parcel at a parcelshop (no further details). I contacted the Parcelforce customer service to complain and ask which parcelshop I should go to. They just passed me on to another courier company that I should contact with yet another reference number and where not friendly at all.

I only found out that my parcel had been left at the local post office when I contacted the sender, parcelforce said they had attempted delivery and left a card they had done neither. I am reasonably intelligent but not psychic, they were probably too bone idle to bother. How many bad reviews does a company need before they take action ?

Marked the tracking service as 'delivery attempted' when they have obvious not been anywhere near the house. Disgusting attempt to blame me for not being in. Paid premium for next day too.

I used the parcel tracker site and found the Item which had come from Germany saw the item was planned for a route out for delivery I immediately contacted the customer service team to advise that because they have no text messaging system of notification of intended delivery I would not be at the address to sign asked if they could contact the driver waste of time my deliveries are now regularly just left at the local post office which is inside a remote Tesco express store the post office counter staff member is a very petite lady and the package weighs 25kg she can not lift it and I have to go into the back room behind the counter against all security arrangements I have had to rate them one star that's not my opinion they are a total disgrace there should be a minus 25 star rating for people to use probably for most reviews on this site, Can we all start to get this out on media I am now constantly asking my suppliers to not use them I am asking my european suppliers to use hermes international a far superior service this company needs to be put out of business.

Didn't even bother to knock the door when we were in. Then took the parcel to a post office 3 towns away! Awful service by sloppy, outdated company. Suppliers, think twice before using this company - your company's reputation is at risk from this antiquated delivery company.

Everything went fine in shipping four parcels from Texas U.S.A. and through UK customs until Parcelforce got hold of them! Called to get the reference numbers as they use different numbers to the tracking numbers for payments. One number would not be recognized by their system so I called again, got transferred to Newcastle where no one picked up the phone and the call got redirected to Preston! Called back after the weekend and was told the number was not "live" and they would have to call I.T. to have it corrected, or I could go in and pick the parcel up myself! I'm in Texas! They couldn't take a card payment over the phone as their system is all electronic. Terrible service and one that makes me ashamed that my fellow Brits should run such a slack operation. I don't blame the ground "troops" but as with many companies today, poor management by people out of touch with the real world.

They simply fabricate . This cannot be described as a service. The WORST of British business behaviour.

Utterly inept & I suspect economical with the facts. I ordered some hiking shoes from a firm in Germany. All went well- tracked beautifully until arriving in U.K & then it fell into hands of Parcelforce. On Monday my tracking informed me an attempted delivery had been made at 15:33. No such event- no knock on door & no failed delivery card. Sent an e mail to Parcelforce queries. Reply arrived at 15:33 on Tuesday-uncanny! They said it was out for delivery this day & it may be a training issue. Shortly after parcel arrived. Obviously there was no failed delivery on the Monday.

I was waiting all day but the parcel never arrived and the track parcel showed address problem so I called them to redelivery next day. I stayed home all day but no one arrived, then I used track parcel again and it said Delivery attempted. So I open the front door and saw paper informed me to pick it up at my nearest post office, I very sure that I didn't hear any door bell or knock sound at all.

Have had so many problems with parcelforce over the years from them loosing items and faking my signature to having to wait in all day for redelivery because they charge six quid for redelivery to another address and I'm not willing to pay it and the nearest depot is over an hour from my house (and I dont live in the middle of nowhere and a larger city nearby). Just appauling service. No idea why people use them.

Had a text saying delivery 07/06/17, took day off work, lost a days pay and guess what?... Never arrived! Called the Rotherham office and the poor girl who answered the phone didn't have a clue. She said it was an automated text service, AND??? They won't let me change delivery address and now because I can't take another day off work I have to pick up from local PO. My next day off work is Monday, today is Tues! UTTER RUBBISH. Will never use.

Very terrible service provided by Parcel Force, an important document needed to arrive from overseas and we were waiting for it since morning. ParcelForce website in the afternoon started showing "Delivery attemped at 14:22" however no delivery was attempted and my wife was waiting since morning sitting next to the main door so that we don't miss the delivery guy. The customer service woman whom I spoke to checked the GPS and advised that delivery was attempted at some other address and now we have no clue how to get our important documents delivered. It is really terrible; do they know the business they are in; NO they don't.

Parcel Force seem to be in a different decade, I went to the post office Friday at 4pm only to be told the package wont even be pick up until Monday. Cum on get real all for the new courier firms collect on Saturday most of them even deliver on Sundays, this is the new way otherwise Parcel Force will find themselves out of business. Just to add insult to injury at the Quedgeley Gloucester Post office the counter staff asked the Parcel Force collection drive to give them 30 seconds and he could take my package and was greeted with sorry love I am off. great customer relations in front of all the customers. I will move onto the more modern courier firms from now on.

Been waiting a full week for my parcel. They left a card when I was out but with no information. I logged on to book a re-delivery on another day. Stayed in all day. No show. I got a letter!! from them asking me to telephone to re-book. Why the heck do they need to send me a letter?? They had my email and phone number. So I am waiting in today after phoning them yesterday. I need to get food and actually have a life. The tracking says it left the depot two hours ago and no show so far. Other delivery companies manage to get parcels to me all the time with no hassle. Appalling.

I've been waiting on my parcel for 2 weeks. I was told that delivery was attempted and the parcel was left in a local post office to be collected. The courier needs to get through 2 gates in order to reach my apartment hence I requested the company to inform the courier to call upon arrival. Was informed that they do not have access to mobile phone hence unable to call upon arrival. Instead of resolving the issue to contact the receiver, the company requested me to pick up the parcel from the post office which is rather far from where I live. Parcel Force needs to reconsider the service they are really providing if they are requesting and advising their customers to pick up the parcel from local post office themselves. Horrible and unreliable services.
