“Easy to use website with good value. Good customer service and communication. When the PC arrived the packaging was good but unfortunately the PC wouldn't start at first but after checking all the cables inside and reseating the ram it seems to be working great now. When it wouldn't start PC specialists were really easy to contact and helped me check through the computer on the phone. Only downsides with my experience so far was sometimes the website wasn't the easiest to navigate and when picking parts it be great if the stats and info and images on the parts was easier to see but this is a nitpick. Other downside was the stress with the PC not starting after shipping (was more of the fault of the delivery company since the box arrived with the up arrow down!) but the customer service team were very helpful and after I got it to boot helped me test it and make sure all was good. The real good side is the Warranty and parts and service and overall alot easier then building it my self... plus the cable management inside is very well done. So far quite happy with my experience and would recommend.”

“Great service, first time getting a built-to-order PC rather than building my own, price was great compared to buying all the components individually and doing it myself. Impressed with the PC design process and feedback on how the order is progressing, the 3D images of the build in progress is a nice touch. Overall extremely happy with the finished PC.”

“Customer serice, great Build quality, great (as expected) ease of ordering, great delivery, great build time, great price, great HOWEVER..... Why, when i just haded you £4k for a pc, have you PRE-REGISTERED MY COMPONENTS TO YOURSELF???????!!!!!!! Thats a deal-breaker for me and I've lost trust in your company as a result. I was buzzing to get my new PC and you've completely dampened the whole experience by doing this. Feels like i don't/won't even own my own product now. for example, I can't register my motherboard and claim the ROG points because you've registered it.... you havent provided serial or check number so even if i wanted to attempt to register, i have to strip the pc to bits to get to the well hidden label. it's theft imo when I have have paid for something but you've taken the attached perks. If it was made clear when ordering that you would do this, I would 100% not have ordered it. I'd have paid the extra £200 and built it myself. It's not rocket science to build a pc. Obviously, I'm very disappointed with this and won't order from you again, nor would i recommend you based on the way you've knowingly done this (customer service said he has had the same complaint several times and has raised it as an issue but nothing was done about it) and then said "oh, it's for warranty purposes". The customer service - i spoke to somebody for about 10 minutes. got through first time on phone. Cant really knock that service.”

“From start to finish the whole process was easy to understand and smooth progress. excellent updates with job progress. Quality build quality components. All round good choice for the discerning high end pc user. The pc was delivered well within the time limits and in good shape. The only gripe I have is with the company who supply staff for the assisted installation service I chose as i am disabled and the computer is large and heavy. The guy turned up earlier then his appointment nevertheless i let him in as was keen to see the pc unpacked and installed...The guy turned up with no kit at all....not even a sonic screwdriver. I had to lend him a knife to unpack the boxes...when it came to installing the pc he plugged the hdmi lead into the motherboard socket and not the video card...so for quite a long time we had no working monior which was worrying...fed up with the guy continually turning the pc on and off to fix the the problem, i checked where it was plugged in myself..moving the lead to the video card hdmi socket we had working screen..hmmm..it didn't take much longer to realise this dude knew nothing about pc's and had to go...he left..not before trying to tell me the L-shaped piece of black plastic was meant to stand the pc on to keep it clear of the floor....righto...nutter, looking at the case instruction sheet turns out the piece screws to the inside of the case as a support. Do not use the assisted installation choice untill whoever employs these people makes sure they know the job...cheers. happy pcspecialists pc owner.”

“I can order exactly the specification I want without the restrictions that you get with some of the larger PC manufacturers. I trust PC Specialist, they don't supply PCs filled with bloatware and they avoid non-standard components.”

“Was looking for a top of the line custom PC and PC Specialist overdelivered with some of the best craftsmanship I've seen from the way everything was built and assembled to the sublime cable managament. Had some bloatware still installed from the manufacturers of each part but that's a non issue as it's a quick uninstall but helpful for anyone new to PCs atleast! Shouldn't need to upgrade for a long time but when that day comes I will definitely look into using this company again rather assembling my own rig.”

“I had never really heard anything about PC Specialist's until fairly recently. A friend had given me some good feedback as I was about to invest £5,500 on a new box. In a nutshell, the whole experience from start to finish was pretty amazing - they have obviously invested in two areas - process and staff training. Their automated order system, with human touches where required, must be the best (ex IT person here). There are actually human beings working there who care! Everything worked as they stated (order process). Coming from the IT arena (and having built my own systems) I was expecting the odd minor glitch in the system - this is actually quite normal and nothing to be scared about. Mine came with the graphics card which started to exhibit issues with one port after a few hours of use (not easily picked up by their own QC and testing). However, unit was diagnosed with my help and a new board dispatched and within a couple of days I was up and running. It has now been a couple of weeks and all is well. I would thoroughly recommend people using this company...........and I was very sceptical about these reviews and here I am writing one myself!”
