“I wanted a new PC for 1080p video editing with occasional special effects. Most companies offered specs that were too advanced or too basic. PC Specialist offered what I wanted, with more configuration options than their competitors. One oddity with the online configuration was that, for a particular motherboard/CPU/GPU combination, from one sample-spec starting point I was offered only PCS RAM, while from another I could choose PCS or Corsair. It took me some time to discover the 2nd approach. The online configurator helpfully advise me that I didn't need as powerful a PSU as I'd originally specified. I put several queries to PCS in the run-up to ordering, during the build, and after delivery. I got timely, helpful responses to all these. Delivery was as promised, with good packaging. The one issue post-delivery was warning beeps from the motherboard suggesting an issue with the graphics card. I pressed down on the card to ensure it was properly seated - it seemed to be already properly seated, but there've been no further beeps since I did that. So either there was an issue or the motherboard is hyper-sensitive. Overall I'm very happy so far.”

“Over the past 12 years my company have bought over six PCs from PC Specialist for my home office. What are most like about this company' products and service are: 1) The web shop is easy to use - no problems and reliable. 2) The online configurator is good 3) Very competitive pricing 4) Use of generic parts so that future upgrade and modification is easy to do oneself 5) The supplied hardware has been quite reliable over the long term 6) Only once had to claim on warranty (long ago) for a defective video card - the problem was resolved very quickly by sending me a replacement card that I fitted myself All in all, I am very satisfied with PC Specialist and wont hesitate to purchase my next PC tho them in a few years time.”

“From Gamers to Gamers. Great setup, 5 days await for order door to door (estimated was 10). Great Support (they exchange my charger in 3 days) Every £ spend was worth it. I will stay with them for longer.”

“Good build quality of pc. Website is clear and easy to navigate, delivery was on time and easy to track. Customer service could be approved, I asked for a fan to be moved and was told by email it was done (but it wasn’t so had to move it myself) and also I had to ask for a windows 11 activation key, it wasn’t given in the pack.”

“Really happy with the whole experience. From the ease of the website to the support after, it’s been a pleasure. The PC is well built with cable management that JayzTwoCents would be proud of. I needed support for Windows activation, this was very straightforward. Both the packing and delivery were top notch. The internal and external parts of the PC had good padding. DPD handled the delivery well, zero marks on the box at all. So far I’m extremely impressed with the PC and PCSpecialist.”

“Any computer purchase can be a concern, but as this one is number 7 from PCS over many years I can say they have all functioned as expected with no problems setting up. The customer is offered choice when designing the equipment and a discussion by telephone prior to order resulted in an improved desktop in my opinion, also a small saving for me!. Packing and delivery excellent ( if it's DPD ). The PC is quiet and quick, the best yet. After trying a few others for this machine, I came back to PCS as they seemed competitive considering the specification required.”
